This was a gate to Tu'i Taatui's place. By the way, Tu'i Taatui's bones in the museum measured approximately 8 feet tall when he's alive.

He was a giant of man. That probably explained why he was blind and unable to stand while fighting and hitting his enemies on the knees. If he suffered from gigantism they should be able to tell from the bones.

History class in HAWAII stated that the King Tonga fought and won in Maui so he took those rocks with him to Tonga on a canoe and yes a few and with his own army of people. That's why Maui's name is in it. Anyhow I heard in Tonga the King moved it amd placed it like that with his only bare hands. Now this is the first time I hear Chinese or Japanese involved, It was the Missionaries and Captain Cook and German's that arrived to Tonga first by boat or ship. And I believe the Rock was there before that. But awesome video, always love to see Tonga from afar. Malo and hope you enjoyed your stay in the Kingdom

I discovered the monument by finding the antipode of the great pyramid. If you draw a straight line from the Giza Pyramids in Egypt through the center of the Earth, it would emerge on the other side of the planet in the South Pacific Ocean, near the islands of Tonga or Fiji. Specifically, it would be close to the coordinates 21° South latitude, 175° West longitude. The point is just off the coast and lines up with the arch. I would love to see what is under the surface in that location.

This is the gateway to Tu'i Tonga Tu'itatui compound. A giant warrior and 40 metres down from the Ha'amonga is his giant headrest/backrest made out of the same Coral stone that built the Ha'amonga. His headrest is by the sea where he'd sit with his giant spear awaiting enemies who would enter the sea passage.
These Coral slabs/stone is not found in the Kingdom of Tonga. They were brought over on Giant Kalia's (war canoes) from Uvea and Sāmoa which is 900 km away distance on sea.
This is during the height of the Tu'i Tonga Empire from 900AD -1200AD. Tongan Warriors were Giants Seafaring Warriors roaming the Pacific like the Vikings of the Northern Hemisphere.

Evidence of a previous culture? Buddy, the Tongan Royal Undertakers were still carving out stone slabs for building new langi structures well into the time that they came into contact with the Europeans.

    • @rebeliousgoat46
      @rebeliousgoat46 6 років тому +1

      stjosephwilliams For carbon dating
the material must once have been part of a living organism. So things like stone and metal can't usually be dated unless there is organic material embedded or left as a residue.

This is the gateway to Tu'i Tonga Tu'itatui compound. 40 meters down from the Ha'amonga towards the sea is Tu'itatui's Giant Coral headrest made with the the coral rock that built the Ha'amonga.
Tu'i Tonga Tu'itatui was a Giant and if you see his backrest it is made for a Giant Warrior. His backrest is near the sea where he'd sit with his spear awaiting any incoming enemies.
Back in the 1990s where I'd come to this sacred ground there was a sign with information about the Ha'amonga and Tui Tonga Tu'itatui.
It doesn't seem to be there anymore. Why? So people don't know the real history of the Tu'i Tonga Empire.
These Coral slabs weighing at 40 tonnes each standing slabs and 30 tonnes the coral slab sitting on at the top, are not found in the Kingdom of Tonga.
They were bought over by Giant Kalia's on sea from Uvea and Sāmoa which is 880 km. distance Tu'i Tonga Tu'itatui reigns from around 1100/ 1200 AD.

No it was made by Tongans!! These white men always say that Tongans are not civilized enough to have built it, so they claim. Look at the pyramid
tombs that are built in Lapaha for the Tui Tonga's. Same type of rocks and weighs a few tones each, they dont talk about that cause they know we have proof who made them. Cause the bodys are still in there.

Maui's voyage and mapping of the Pacific ended in Tonga after returning from south America and settling in Tatakamotonga where they built the huge Kalia it makes sense also if Maui was a title and his crew of talented navigators and craftsman settled there it could explain the creation of some of the pyramid Langi and haamonga a Maui.

If a Tongan can build a boat to carry a great number of men that rivalled the other great civilizations and have the ability to establish a kingdom in the Pacific let alone rule it for 100s of years. Build langi for our dead Kings, and move about 12 tonne reef and also calve them into block, we can stack these and carve these. Don't be ignorant.

How can a Chinese people come here and still alive ?, Those day's the Tongan were tall ,big and strong as the history talking about Tui ta tui he was 7 to 8 ft height no foreigner can come and do anything without the knowledge of people plus tribal wars are everywhere in the country they can got killed
,where the Trillthon stood was his residence how many meters away from the Trillthon was his leaning chair (rock slab ) this ruler had great power and prosperity to enable that lasting monument there have been a speculations about the purpose of the haamonga some theories and thought it resembles the ancient Celtic monument of the Stonehenge but all a fairytale the truth is Tongan, we know our history we don't want any false information from people like you 😜😜.
