- YEEWWW!!! Getting the hang of running a mile everyday, plus 50 push ups, plus dips, plus pull ups, and core exercises. It was a great week, feeling super strong!
I'm looking forward to using the kettlebell and bands more! And hopefully i regularly do some art as well!
Let's keep moving and improving ourselves each day!!!
