Very useful interview. I am curious about the legal steps (including paperwork) required to start a Farm Stay business and the potential challenges one might encounter.
In Biodynmics “The Farm” is also the water and the biology of the soil as well as the land, the animals, the productions, the people and the region….. You are very correct the term in use being “farm” really is an umbrella term under which so much is included and entailed as a scope of activity.
