I am curious if you are a an of Emerson Lake and Palmer??? If not I recommend, for pure piano, Karn Evil 9 2nd Impression. Tarkus is my personal favorite.....Keith Emerson was a master of the keyboards and especially rock keyboard playing. Here plays all the leads on keys/synthesizers and plays some Hammond B3.... Which is so cool!!!!

Had something existed similarly in the past or is it more modern (maybe mirroring our culture of quick context switching as we flip through social media)? I know bands like Mr. Bungle would straight up quickly flip between genres in a song, but that seems different.
