It would be easily to be done to clean up neighborhood…. And this is how you do it build a BIG ROBOT THAT CARRIES A HIGH a CALIBER PROTECTION SHIELD….. I’m talking about tank rounds in order to penetrate it… A ROBOT GO IN FIRST HAHA MAYBE EVEN DO Judgment call…. I know it could be done haha you can see drones and Ukraine against Russia, using drones, caring flamethrowers… you see drones, carrying little bombs …,so it could be done ….OBEY!!!!!but not the hole give your gun to us you have no right to have a gun or to protect your family … for just like what happened to Israel on October 7 and but this time it happened in the USA SOIL KILLING ALL KIND OF FAMILIES ON USA 🇺🇸 SOIL PLEASE GOD LORS JESUS FOR IT NOT TO HAPPENED HERE……
      Any way
Left them I heard the G-man work for us. The G-man don’t make decisions are taking our guns away. We make this decision pretty much can’t it’s in our constitution if we’re racing was in our constitution why not erase a few other ones just to make it interesting

I bounced from Soundview 30 years ago. I don't know any ambitious New Yorker who wanted to remain in their hood their entire lives. Those that do are strung out or get caught up in the streets. Half of the real ones are outta town, upstate or in Orlando FL with all of the other Borica's from the BX😄😄😄

🤨 After losing my best friends to gang violence, 1 killed and 1 getting 40 to life for killing others, all this gang business is crap. It takes a real G to pick up a book, get educated, be present as a father/ mother when raising a family and contributing positively to the community. Eloquent or not, the lifestyle might have its allure for a moment but the worldly consequences are rotten fruit and the devil will be more than happy to receive your soul into eternal torment. The only understanding is that those who walk that walk, are disciples of the devil. The only glory one will find is despair and eternal darkness.

I'm a hood dude, been in the hood my whole life. I'm pushing 50 years old, and in my early 40s I thought to myself, when you got a certain group of individuals with limited resources, and you introduce another group in a close proximity that has to complete for those exact same resources, after a generation or so, you see what I consider "tribal warfare" kicking in.

I can't imagine the hardship and struggles folks like this gentleman have been through. It's tragic that social forces, economics, crime etc. have robbed us of multiple generations of young men who, in other situations, would have led more productive and fulfilled lives (and who would have actually BEEN alive to enjoy it). Tremendous respect for someone like this who came through it all and has arrived in a better place of more wisdom, and uses his experience and the cache that comes from having lived it to counsel others against that life.

Grew up in low income projects in CT. In late 70’s I remember a kid from the neighborhood went out to Los Angeles and was killed by gang violence - in our projects we heard of “red” and “blue” and we started to wear colors (my group wore red) but something happened that diverted us - little league baseball - those same red t-shirts were now the colors of our neighborhood team. Soon after little league our neighborhood was introduced to MC’ing and the beginnings of HipHop culture. Little league and HipHop literally diverted us from going the route of gang violence - this was the late 70’s in CT - 20 mins from the Bronx, NY.

I love this guy he's sharing a lot of things that I have been curious about for decades.
I'm from New York. Grew up in Queens in the Bronx in both the 80s and 90s. And I remember the way of life at the time as he speaking about it. Listening to this interview made me remember how silly America's Society is so I left. As a afro West Indian, I am happy that my kids will not grow up in the United States. Such a society always ruining the lives of their own people. Listen to this man I recognize what the American dream is nonsense

Let me get this straight. In prison you go from being "oppressed" to joining a gang. You join the gang but had to speak in code because Bloods were the minority? Typically, going from "oppressed" to "minority" leads to more oppression, but I guess this is an exception. The part of the story that they always leave out is at what point did the Bloods become the oppressor's?

Blacks were the minority in prison to the Latin Kings. So in order for the blacks locked up in Rikers Island at the time to protect themselves from the Latin Kings they formed their own blood gang

Bloods ain't never been oppressors, the Blood movement came out of being oppressed and wanting to be able to defend oneself... That's why the Blood numbers have historically always been lower than crips... From my personal experience across the nation, as a youth in the early 80s to mid 90s

I never had a “hood” mindset growing up, but one thing I noticed a lot in the hood is the peer-pressure at school which eventually pushes them into the harsh child-support system which then drives these men to do these things. I have a lot of friends who fell victim to this. ‘One guy messes around with some other girl at someone’s house party, gets her pregnant, they have an argument, the dude leaves her, she has the baby, locks him in a child support, he can’t or refuses to pay the child support, the child support agency is incompetent with communication, police come get him, he’s locked up, he has a record, hard to get a job, he resorts to trying to make money off the books either through crime or odd jobs, Bbm takes him to court, doesn’t have money for a good lawyer, public defender doesn’t care or doesn’t show up to court, court date is pushed back, no mail about shows up to the mailbox, police come get him again for failure to show up to his court hearing. Bbm doesn’t care because she uses the whole process as revenge for cheating on her. And it goes on like this for almost 20 years… and that’s assuming he hasn’t already assaulted her in any way. And the process starts all over again when her son grows up…

In turn the worsening of crime. I’m from Brooklyn , grew up in a poor Latin but nice people block. But in the 70’s there were riots with the police a shooting gallery. I married a great community white cop who the people on his beat liked him. My uncles loved him. How do you change the lack of knowledge by the police? I wish you luck
