Larry Wiseman has been a DJ at Union Pool for 15 (yes - 15 years!), and is humbled to be a part of this new era of community at the bar. Wiseman says that the need for support - and healthy food - has only grown, while the cost of living and access has become unmanageable for many.
The Union Pool pantry has been running since 2020, and has only increased in size and capacity over the last two years. And while the number of volunteers has increased, the need has too. Take a listen to Larry’s thoughts and a recap of his experience volunteering at Union Pool.
