The reason Yuji became so strong so fast wasn’t really because he was a vessel for Sukuna, although that helped. He literally is the son of Kenjaku and Sukuna’s twin. Which if you remember twins have identical souls. So if you really think about it, Yuji’s soul is the combination of Sukuna and Kenjaku plus his body and souls strength and development due to having a finger from birth and now because Sukuna took over his body multiple times.
It just occurred to me. Would sakuna dieing immensely boost yuji s power like mai/maki. Would make sense as he'd need something a level up if the merger happened

I was literally thinking about how megumi very well (reasonably) be the one to defeat sukuna. On top of all the points you made he knows LITERALLY how sukunas mind works.

Snake died early on, and Megumi hasn't really used Tiger or Deer in any of his actual fights, he summoned Mahoraga but he can't REALLY use Mahoraga in a fight unless he wants to kamikaze draw a battle. So Nue is his only real loss. If anything, if Mahoraga dying means another shikigami he already tamed gains Mahoraga's abilities, this would actually be a huge buff to Megumi. Being able to effectively summon a pseudo-Mahoraga without having to worry about actually taming Mahoraga would make him the most busted 10 Shadows user in history (except for Sukuna of course) as nobody has ever been able to tame Mahoraga and every use of Mahoraga resulted in the 10S user dying. Whereas if, say, Wolf gains Mahoraga's abilities, Megumi effectively has a broken summon already tamed, along with the oter summons he uses most often (Elephant, Rabbit and Toad), if one of them gains Nue's abilities then Megumi himself won't really be weakened by that loss either.

I theorize that megumi will also get shrine. While it seems outlandish, I believe his soul will develop another technique after being in the body of sukuna this entire time. Yuji is able to develop multiple techniques, but I feel that it isn't a phenomena unique to him alone.
I highly doubt Megumi is getting Shrine, that would make him far too Op. I'm pretty sure he is gonna have full mastery over the 10S, a complete "possibly barrierless" DE and RCT, which is more than enough to make him one of the strongests.

There is the possibility of Totality. They can fuse with the remaining beasts ti become stronger, and remember that he only used like four for Akito. There are still the rabbits, dogs, toads, bull, and elephant left. He'll be able to make a few decent combos if he can fuse the dead ones with them.

man i got into the jjk manga 2 chapters before gojo's death and has been updated ever since and holy man im so happy i got into it then and not sooner or later cus getting to experience all that was insane and even up until now its been like half a year of constant hype nearly every week.
Megumi becoming a threat worse than Geto, Kujaku and Sukuna would be hype to see and I hope he gets the massive power up since being controlled by Sukuna
I think you just outlined the rest of the story: Sukuna goes down Megumi saved against his will Kenny comes back Megumi punks him. And then activates the merger just to get back at yuji.
He does not have more potential than Yuji at this point. Yuji can gain abilities and most likely CE by eating cursed objects because he's a living cursed object. He's also the greatest black flash user in history which boosts his growth even more. His potential is the greatest in the series right now, even greater than Sukuna. I still think Megumi has great potential like Gojo or Sukuna, but Yuji is has the potential to surpass all of them and then some.
Yuji has a better chance to become the next sukuna cuz notice this yuta is related to gojo maki related toji and they became the new version yuji is related to sukuna meaning he should be the next sukuna either good or evil he will be the new sukuna
Even if Megumi gained Sukuna’s experience, Sukuna rarely used cleave and dismantle in his body besides malevolent shrine. I think the important thing for Megumi is that Sukuna used the ten shadows so masterfully.

I love this video. I have a feeling that Megumi will be the MVP vs the merger. I think he’ll recover most of his shadows and use them in coordination we’ve never seen while having the boost from sukuna. I don’t disagree w anything but my main gripe with megumis return is his entire arsenal of shadows has been obliterated. It’s been stated before that once a shikigami dies that’s it there’s no using it again. That mean’s minimum maharaga and 3 other shadows used in the agito fusion are gone. when one of the ten shadows is destroyed you can't summon again but you can give it's power to the other ones. that's why when his white dog died the black one became stronger. so you can imagine his remaining shadows becoming pretty op when infused by mahoraga and whatever else

While Sukuna has definetly used his jujutsu more in Megumi's body than he did in Yuji's body, because of course, he never had full control over Yuji, he has been in Yuji for overall far longer "for approximately 6-7 months to be precise, while he only has been in Megumi for 1 month", which means Yuji has been soaked in Sukuna's CE for way more time than Megumi (actually, a piece of Sukuna "one finger" has ALWAYS been inside Yuji, from birth). I for one, do not think Megumi is gonna awaken Shrine after being saved, but i do think he'll have full mastery over the 10S after the use Sukuna made of it and his DE is gonna be complete, possibly even barrierless like Sukuna's, oh and it's very likely he is gonna awaken RCT too because Sukuna has used RCT various times in his body. I whole-heartedly think once Megumi is freed from Sukuna, he’ll be cracked af. We know negative emotions drive cursed energy and the more negative your emotions are (Whether it be sorrow, hatred, selfishness, regret, ego etc.) the stronger you can become as a sorcerer. He found out his sister was gone and took over by an ancient sorcerer and all his efforts were for naught, his body got took over by sukuna, he hurt angel, soaked in a bath full of negative emotions to further sink his soul, killed his sister, killed his sensei, killed higuruma, badly injured Yuta and Maki and has caused overall mayhem. If this doesn’t set Megumi off the edge and give him a special-grade level awakening then idk what will.
The one error is Yuji didn't accept Sukuna's Deal. He bet on himself and fought Sukuna, the winner chooses the deal. His only error was he ain't beating Sukuna XD

He'll use the positive power(Mahoragas blade of extinction) to help overcome Cursed energy for everyone. He will fulfill Gojos dream of changing jjk society.

I theorize that megumi will also get shrine. While it seems outlandish, I believe his soul will develop another technique after being in the body of sukuna this entire time. Yuji is able to develop multiple techniques, but I feel that it isn't a phenomena unique to him alone.

He does not have more potential than Yuji at this point. Yuji can gain abilities and most likely CE by eating cursed objects because he's a living cursed object. He's also the greatest black flash user in history which boosts his growth even more. His potential is the greatest in the series right now, even greater than Sukuna. I still think Megumi has great potential like Gojo or Sukuna, but Yuji is has the potential to surpass all of them and then some.

While Sukuna has definetly used his jujutsu more in Megumi's body than he did in Yuji's body, because of course, he never had full control over Yuji, he has been in Yuji for overall far longer "for approximately 6-7 months to be precise, while he only has been in Megumi for 1 month", which means Yuji has been soaked in Sukuna's CE for way more time than Megumi (actually, a piece of Sukuna "one finger" has ALWAYS been inside Yuji, from birth). I for one, do not think Megumi is gonna awaken Shrine after being saved, but i do think he'll have full mastery over the 10S after the use Sukuna made of it and his DE is gonna be complete, possibly even barrierless like Sukuna's, oh and it's very likely he is gonna awaken RCT too because Sukuna has used RCT various times in his body.
