hi, how does the granade mele shotgun reset works? and would that be posible on a hunter?

he's using the navigator trace rifle (exotic from ghosts of the deep) which creates a grapple point similar to the one made by the widow's silk hunter aspect. So this would be possible on hunter, except titan has things like banner of war and wormgod caress, which give massive melee damage buffs so using hunter like this wouldn't do as much damage.
also, the shotgun is a one-two punch shotgun. if you land every pellet of the shotgun it gives you double melee damage for one hit.

He is using one of the crazy melee damage strand titan builds with banner of war. But he uses Wormgod Caress as opposed to synthoceps that a lot of people tend to use to get high melee damage. It requires more set-up but is stronger overall I believe. As for weapons, he is just using a 1-2 punch shotgun (in this case the Ikelos one) and navigator with catalyst (exotic strand trace rifle from Ghosts of the Deep).
So he makes a grapple point with Navigator right above where he will be fighting all the bosses. He then he shotguns a boss to proc 1-2 punch, grapples the tangle point in the air made by Navigator and instantly does the grapple melee. Rinse repeat. Since he is grappling a tangle point, he never loses his grapple and this also partially refreshes the grapple point timer too every time he connects with it I believe so it stays up longer. It's a positive feedback loop basically. He does it all so fast that the grapple point never disappears in the air from the original Navigator placement, so he hot swaps to a build with xenophage on while the last boss is spawning so he can one shot the shield wizards and it appears 2 shot the blight the boss sits under so he can have free reign to do the grapple melee stuff again without the blight being in the way to mess it up.
