    I used to be a yoga teacher, and that flexibility/balance helps with my ice skating. I do the splits on the ice during hockey practice. I get on the elliptical, rollerblade, jog, swim, or do Pilates when I can't get ice time. It's all about the core. I'm a 41 year old attorney and mother of two boys (one who plays hockey too).

    im 10 and cant go to the gym what other activities will get my stride and strength like a sort of stretch
