NuWave Brio 10 qt Air Fryer and Sous Vide - Baby Back Ribs

This is the 5th time I have made Ribs in the Air Fryer using the 2-2-1 method and they come out the same all the time. You can't go wrong with this method.
This is the first time I Sous Vide ribs. They didn't come out as tender as I thought it would but believe I didn't cook it at a high enough temperature.
