Pippi the Tool Woman Peterson. I am impressed with your can do positive attitude. I hope everything is okay down south. Stay strong. Keep safe and enjoy that Texas Spring.
It's amazing how you can do almost anything you set your mind to, and aren't afraid to tackle it...guess it comes from RV-ing in general, (or not)...I've had to learn to do a lot of things on my own too over the years, or, really all my life.
Good to see your up to your old shenanigans, those being, an excellent troubleshooter and ingenious. Looks like your trailer park doesn’t have any large trees in it, From what I could seen it looks like you’re going to bake this summer. Bummer. Sad for you. I always like your little tips and tricks, Anytime I’m repairing something, those tips are going through my head as I mentally replay your videos in my head. Thank you pippi.....

Hello, great info on finding out the cause of that rattle and repair on your a/C unit. Next time, while you have the cover off, show a simple a/c, inspection and highlights to clean the area under the cover! Great video, happy and healthy trails!!♡♡
Pippi you’re always Entertaining and Educational. Wish this was longer, I miss you 😘 How are things on the House? Maybe do a update. When’s the next Breakfast with Pippi? All the Best 😇💜😇
great job! I love watching your enjoyment in working on your RV, the house. the puppies...I sense most RV folk enjoy keeping our rigs in as good a condition as we can manage. I've written this before, your joy, frustration, willingness to keep finding the solution is quite infectious! Thank you for that, sure helps me out on days when the body is so willing. On my agenda this summer or fall will be replacing the rooftop AC units with a mini-split. My 4 340w solar panels will make use of the added space...so many projects... so keep the positive waves flowing Moriarty! (yup a test of Pippi's movie trivia skills... heh-heh-heh)
I have had to replace the squirrel cages on all three of my ACs because they shattered like yours. I now carry an extra one in anticipation of the next issue, luckily the fans can be purchased from Amazon.
Add HVAC to your resume' alone with Classical pianist. I had no doubt you would do what it takes to get it right. Hug the pups for me. Thanks for sharing your video. Ed
They have really changed rv air conditioners since I worked on Mine and a neighbors of Mine. I have to change the double shaft blower motor on Mine and My neighbors. Yours is way different.
Thanks Pippi!!! Mine made a similar sound. I thought it might be a mud dauber nest....but now I am thinking that I may have the same issue. Did you ever find the broken fan blades? Thanks! :-)
OMG! It's clear that your squirrel has escaped. Good luck with that one. When you install your new squirrel, be sure to get your vet to chip him so he can be returned if he also gets out.
@@solodad001 I live in a 2003 travel trailer and have been for over 3 years. My fans are fine. The one in my furnace is metal, but the air conditioner fan is plastic. You could be right though because her units have black covers. Mine are white. Arizona sun destroys plastic, especially black plastic. I see it daily in cars here I work on. I may now replace mine with a metal fan LOL.
My rooftop unit has just stopped working. It only rattles when placed on cool, not just the fan. I've taken the top cover off and turned on only to find the sound is coming from the condenser. What is your thought? Anyone got any ideas? I'm guessing the compressor has a broken or loose internal part. It is on a 1990 r22 system. Thank you. I really need to get repaired asap.
My AC will not come on this year after sitting all winter. I hope it is as easy to fix as Ms. Pippi's was..... I'm afraid the compressor is locked up, all it will do is hum. Pretty sad this unit only lasted 2 summers!!!
Try to remember also to use and put some " Loctite - Never Seize " on the threads of the screws and nuts and bolts so that if you have to go back at a later date the screws and bolts will come apart with the least hassle.
Off topic, but I’m fuming! Newer people moved into the rv park I’m at, they must be staying awhile, they had a built wooden porch delivered. The guy just walked his bulldog off leash behind my camper and others on my side, the dog took a dump and the dood just just left it there! Maybe that’s how Texans doo doo things.
Well IM IMPRESSED. A woman the can fix stuff and isn’t intimidated! Hats off to you 😀
I have to say you are a great lady. And figure things out on your own and learn. And you are happy
Pippi, I'm impressed that you fixed it yourself. My wife needs to watch your videos! Seems like you've had problems lately with squirrel cage fans.
Hey Pippi!! You are now a certified HVAC tech👍😊 Thanks for the video on a very windy day.
Thank you very much! Just had the same problem. UA-cam is the place to go for answers.
Pippi thank you So Much Always enjoyable and Educational
So glad to see a new video, was getting worried about you and was hoping you were ok out there.

I always take the opportunity to do a thorough inspection and cleaning when I have things apart.
Great job Pippi, You really do need that Air Con when it's hot.
Well done. I love to see RV owners working on their own stuff.

Wind can be brutal at times. Great job on the replacement. Hope your doing well with all this virus mess going on. Hugs to Chase and Pearl. Stay safe.
Love the fact that you are very handy. Good job, stay safe and happy camping 😎
You know how to fix everything, great and congratulations to you 😊
You are a WARRIOR! Good job, my friend!

Always nice to see something repaired successfully, but you forgot to film how and where you found those missing parts of the fan :)
Do all girls know how to repair nowadays?

They were down below the fan in the compartment that is inside the coach

Love your videos , Your one AMAZING LADY, GOOD JOB.
Great video. You need one of those magnetic dishes for keeping nuts and screws in and probably not very expensive to buy.
I'm in southeastern AZ....my AC is running 8 hours a day. Leaving for Oregon next week :-)
Happy trails!
Admiration for your bravery and ability. Thank you for teaching us.
Thanks for watching!
Nothing beats plastic unless you use it. Ha. My generation used metal. JWD! Job well done.
Glad you were able to get it fixed!
Always appreciate when you do your own repairs ! :)
Great how to vid Pippi, the coils on your unit need to be cleaned, they looked pretty dirty, thanks Pippi.
Yes they do!!
Thanks, Pip!
Good job, you do good work. Glad your doing well. When is the house flip going to be completed?
Good explain, thanks from India
Nice job, everything should be shipshape and Bristol fashion. I had the same problem on my domestic AC. It was a 5 blade fan with 3 blades.
I love how handy you are!

Awesome fix my Friend! Thumbs up ~John
How is pearl and chase doing. Nice to see them in the video.
They’re doing great!
What do you go on to find your product you need? I love how your handle. I do all my own work on my rv and help my friends also.
*Great video thanks for posting*

Good to see you're still at it! 8-)

You are so helpful. Miss your rv travels but like your home remodel. Was wondering if you got a scare on your leg from your accident?
Yep, big scar
Good Job!
Awesome. Thank you for sharing this..see us women can do it to!!!!

Way to save the money.... great job!
Indeed!
That would be your indoor blower fan with the broken vanes. The other fan that looks like a propeller is the condenser fan.
where did you get the fan and what is it called?
Great video...be safe
I missed you!
Cool. Cheers!!!
My hero! …or, is it `heroine’ 🥰
Nice job
What model is it?
You are awesome.

I enjoyed this one 😊
Should get a wind turbine for those days
Way cool junior!✌😎🏴☠️
That there pippi is called a squirrel cage....
cool

Hi Pippi hope your still doing fine
Did you finish the house? Are you back on the road again? That fan must have been cracked when it was installed. They should never explode like that.
It's plastic, they get old and brittle from the sun/heat.

Contact the manager or go move the doo to their wooden porch 😉
go north. that's why i like rv's with basement air go on roof sucks
You look like young Sheldon or he looks like you
That rv is too new to have the ac fan blade break
Apparently not
Surprised you didn't do a thorough cleaning of the whole unit while you had the cover off. That doesn't seem like you to not do that.
I do need to do that at some point
