I live in South western West Virginia. This product doesn't work at all. Not at all. We are only 20 minutes from town and we have moved the modem a hundred times and it still doesn't work. Also, it doesn't come with a battery pack. That is a lie, it is avaible to purchase for extra. The bag is also a extra hundred bucks or so. I do not recommend this product. I was so excited and I am very very disappointed.
I'd recommend reaching out to their support desk and see how they can help. I know the product works on the Verizon network, so if Verizon isn't strong in your area it would make sense that it wouldn't work well.
@OneFootOfftheGrid We did. They were unable to assist us in getting the service working. I am sad to say I am going to have to try other options. Unfortunately, "everywhere" usually doesn't include or consider rural West Virginia or rural West Virginians. I was really hoping it would work. Nomad seems like a cool company, just not everywhere in America, like they say. Your channel seems cool. I will check it out
