I think Tomlin is a genius for how he handled the situation with Russ and Fields. He got to see all of Fields flaws and strengths and let everyone else see them too. Now they won’t be so quick to call for him if Russ isn’t elite right from the start. Win, win, win. All the way around.

Also if kyle Allen looks good he should because he's going against the 2s not the 1s. I agree with u never speak in absolutes but I highly doubt kyle Allen will be QB2 unless injuries take place.
