I heard that Connors said that he jumproped for 5 minutes straight and that’s the ONLY work out he needed to stay in tip top shape. Did you hear this too?
I have been skipping rope for many years... it is SO beneficial for SO many sports... love the video guys.
It really is! Thanks for watching and the feedback
Gotta dig out my 1/4lb and 1/2lb ropes. Used them a lot during COVID. Built up my cardio and calves really good.
Love this
I already knew the jump rope was a great tool for tennis. I just keep putting off buying it :p
You and me both! 🤣

More to come!
Much appreciated!
Glad to help!
Absolutely Fantastic!! Thank You. I am a member of play your court. Does Mike have a training course for jumping rope?
Not at the moment....but that's a great idea!
Amazing coordination of rope exercises !
How many years have you been exercising and jumping rope ?

I have cross ropes 1/4 and 1/2 lb ropes. Probably the best.
Same here. Perfect weights
Same here and the 1lb too 😅
What type of skipping rope would you recommend for this workout?

We have not but that's interesting.
Can we get an interview with Mike where he talks about beating Roddick
Love that! Would love to hear those insights. We'll make it happen! 👍
Okay... I'll go buy a jump rope.
Great for when you don't have a lot of space too
Is a jump rope really necessary? Cant you just jump and get the same workout? Its not like swinging the rope works out the arms.
It's a full body workout, so it does work out the arm as well to some extent. Skipping also improves your coordination.
