- In a joint production with Ford Motor Company, BCII delivered in 2009 this dramatic documentary about the design and construction of Ford’s 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor truck and the racing of the truck in the 2008 Baja 1000 off-road race which aired on the SPEED network.
I’m now a proud owner of a Gen1 and love it.

I watch this a few times a year. Such a great story. My dad sold Ford and International at our family dealership for 40 years. In the mid 70s International created a Scout that was built for the Baja race right off the assembly line. The one we got had Kangaroo guards up front as I think it was developed in Australia. It looked funny to us because that was before cattle / deer guards were on the market here. But that Scout was a beast. I think it had a roll cage and soft top. Not very popular in Wisconsin in the winter. Haha

So let me understand this, after watching this whole video. We built a race truck… called it a Raptor… limped the truck through the whole race… just trying to complete the race… and that’s a celebration? You built a race truck! This wasn’t a Raptor! Then you purposefully didn’t run it hard so you would “complete the race”. I want my 2 hours back.
Retard any truck placing in Baja is a amazing truck
I can tell you know nothing about Baja racing and especially stock classes. This is not a trophy truck, just being able to finish is a great accomplishment. I was there to see this Raptor do Baja, wheres the factory efforts from other manufacturers? Lol
