I was diagnosed with MS in 2013 at 24 and it kills me that people would try to break them up bc of his diagnosis. My ex used to try to hold it against me and say no one would ever love me like him bc I'm damaged from my MS. I'm glad love prevailed in this case! ♥️
I wish i had that I was diagnosed with MS in 2018 left in 2020 by my fiance. I hope he treasures her

As a veteran who is paralyzed due to a old injury from overseas sitting in the VA hospital looking at my gf sleeping next to me helping me through all these tests and therapy. Couldn’t ask for anything more :)

My grandfather fought in the Korean war and Vietnam, my uncle fought in the Vietnam war now my cousin is airborne infantry he's on standby deployment for Korea till August

I am absolutely not in any stretch of the imagination a country music person. Somehow I wound up on this Video/song. When it showed that they support the Wounded Warrior program I gave it a like. I am a United States Marine I served from 1984-1992 (yes during peacetime) I trained as an 0311 (Grunt) Rifleman then I went to school in the Corps to be a 1371 Combat Engineer. I have to admit even given these facts this song made tears run down my face. Absolutely outstanding couple and song. God Bless everyone that Serves our Great Country. I read a lot of the comments below. She is absolutely his Angel and an awesome girl. But keep in mind the biggest part of why she is so awesome is because she was there for him so he would never give up and thats strength from both of them. This young man is a True Hero in my book for all that might be worth. I lost a lot of Brother and Sister Marines over there. I have a ton of respect for every service member who goes through that mess. I have friends that have done 2 and 3 tours there. Un-real. Like I said I respect every Branch for what they do for our country.

Every time I see this video it means so much to me. My husband is a double amputee because of diabetes. This video came out just after he lost his second leg. It inspired us so much. Now two years later, my husband walks, drives and has a job. Thanks isn't enough for this song. It truly touched us when we needed it most.
As a physical therapist, I have treated many amputees & know the stress, uncertainty of who they are & what the future will bring..not only for my patient but for their partners…who didn’t choose these changes & have the capability of walking away…unlike my patients. Many relationships don’t survive..for various reasons..but I respect,admire, & applaud all that choose to stay & make it work cause I’ve seen the strength & resilience it takes.💜Good luck to y’all

because he got hurt? That doesn't really make sense... A soldier getting hurt during war is not a surprise, actually its quite common, and even expected. They signed up, voluntarily, willing to die for the Constitution. So when a civilian, not in a war zone, is murdered in cold blood, you are not equally as upset, or understanding of their frustration? Your patriotism sounds a lot like veiled racism.
As a Veteran, I think all people should stand but honestly this has nothing to do with standing because people getting killed in cold blood is also Terrible.

It's Memorial Day, I'm an OIF Vet... I finally looked up the "Music Video" to one of my favorite songs. Words can't express how happy I am by this video. "In your darkest hour, when the demons come, call on me brother, and we will fight them together."
I knew Taylor and Danielle in Walter reed, I never even knew about this song until my mom showed me, after my brother in law got blown up we were at walterreed for awhile, and I got to meet Taylor, he's a really nice guy, and deserves every bit of the care and love he's gotten.
I experienced what love aint and now I'm experiencing what love is.
