IF you where planning on making this a website or smt, Even posting it as a website how it is now would be a really useful tool! Even if it’s not COMPLETELY perfect, this looks really good and seems to work as intended!! I hope you finish! This could be a lot of help to me :D
Why limit the lines? Why not have it be one text box and let people add newlines where they feel it's appropriate. Also allowing for changing the sleep duration between the characters would be nice!

Can I suggest adding a speed modifier? That would be really cool. In general I love the idea, keep it going!
Exactly, some characters like Asgore speak slower
and a spacing modifier!
I want more changes in space between characters
even better, add tags that can change speed, pause, highlight the text, etc.

to extend this idea there should be a bunch of colors you can choose. you click the color and everything you type after that will be said color
