Green banana flour is a new discovery for me (I had to order it from abroad because it is not sold in Israel) it is a perfect flour for a keto diet and it is also...delicious. Avocado is a gift from God. Thank you sister for combining the two. A small suggestion - apply a little oil on the plastic and then the tortilla won't stick, or maybe use parchment paper instead of plastic.

Israel is a desert country that only thanks to a smart initiative and a lot of work became green and fertile. Banana is a tropical plant that is not suitable for our climate. But in the age of the Internet, when there is Amazon and IHERB, you can buy everything.
Almond flour contains much more sugar and carbohydrates than green banana flour. Coconut flour is also rich in carbohydrates and sugars. If the goal is to reduce carbohydrates and sugars, it is better to avoid almond flour. (Or greatly reduce its use.)
I just got a package of banana flour for a gift. I have become gluten intolerant as I have gotten older. I can't wait to try this recipe, thank you for sharing!
An excellent instructional video. When I attempt to copy your recipe, is it 2 cups green banana flour with 2 avocados (4 halves) that makes 6 good size bread wraps? Thanks very much.
