  • Are you struggling with a crooked back due to scoliosis? Do you notice one shoulder higher than the other, experience back pain, or have difficulty breathing? You’re not alone, and there’s hope for improvement. Join us in this comprehensive video where we guide you through targeted stretches and exercises designed to realign your spine and alleviate pain associated with scoliosis.
Scoliosis, characterized by an abnormal curvature of the spine, often leads to noticeable imbalances such as an elevated shoulder or hip. This condition can result in persistent back pain, mobility challenges, and respiratory difficulties due to misaligned body structures. By performing a simple forward bend test, you can observe any lateral deviation in your spine and identify the presence of a spinal hump indicative of scoliosis.
Enough with the discomfort; let’s embark on a journey to a better-aligned and pain-free life. Our routine includes:

Yes your good arm can help. And during the strengthening part, dont using weights or theraband. Just do it slow or more reps

Sorry for this question if it seems dumb. My scoliosis leans to the right so the X-ray looks like your T-shirt. If I mirror the direction of your movements will I be doing it correctly? My curve is on the left on the X-ray. So do I move away to the right?
