✏️ A spontaneous walk up Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons led to some of the best drone footage we’ve ever captured.
We walk Pen Y Fan at 5am, hoping to beat the crowds… However, it turns out that a walk up before the sunrise at Pen Y Fan is a popular idea!
Luckily for us, everyone who visited the Brecon Beacons to walk Pen Y Fan before us were already up at the top before the sunrise, and once they all left shortly afterwards, we were left all alone at the top of Pen Y Fan.
Pen Y Fan isn’t exactly a big hike, and it only took us about 40 minutes to walk to the top. There’s heaps of parking, and it’s an easy, scenic drive from most of South Wales.
