- So right before all of this craziness happened I remodeled both of my store locations. Great timing huh. What do you think? Do you like the new set up or the old set up?

I looove this ! At one point I was searching for the perfect location for my brick and mortar for my fashion business but as time progressed I just felt like my life wasn’t complete (bc deep down I also wanted to be a physician) so here I am in school to become a doctor and running my e-commerce fashion business from home .. in the future I’ll expand but right now I’m happy being able to school and work from home 🙏

@allischultz please look into the small business loans that were just approved through the Stimulus Package. They can assist with payroll etc.
YES under SBA it's the COVID 19 relief funds for small business. They just started having it where you can apply online the past two days where before you had to print out and upload....I was like GREAT how am I suppose to print that out???

Thanks for staying positive and sharing! We signed a lease on a larger storefront right before the pandemic. It’s been super stressful but merchandising our new store is making things a little easier.
You can apply online on the SBA government website now for the small business relief funds. The government is helping all small businesses due to the pandemic.

Hi Alli! First I have to say thank you. You have been a big reason I have decided to open an online boutique. I think you are an amazing real down to earth person. The reason I am writing is also to ask if you would recommend Shopify or square space if it’s only going to be online with mostly FB sales. It’s an overwhelming piece for me for some reason. I think it’s the commitment issue 🤣 anyways if you have time I would love to know what you think.

Do you ever worry about employees stealing from your store or giving big discounts or stuff away for free to friends or relatives? I personally would be so worried of that happening to me....like it's so hard to trust people....like you mentioned in one of your videos about shoplifting...you never know and has different ages and types of people so even employees that interview well or come across as a perfect candidate ...you just never know. Do you ever worry about that? Especially when you go out of town ...
Just an average consumer in the demographic you cater to...here to offer my 2 cents (not that you need it! Free research). Since I’m home and not going anywhere I’m not buying heels, boots, hats, dresses to go out...would love to see more of a focus on the loungewear 😬🤷♀️

Alli, I love the new fixtures. Listen, you make sure that you reach out and get the monetary Relief available for local businesses impacted by the coronavirus. When I heard that millions are going to big corporate businesses in which they will be able to turn around in a year and buy back company stock, I was fuming, not surprised since it's happened already under the present administration. Small businesses like yours are the back bone of this country and I know so many retailers who have had to close, lay off employees and probably won't be able to reopen. I do hope you've reached out to your landlord and utility companies and work something out. Today in NH we were told to lock down and so no one is able to leave. I'm really shooked as last week only 1 person had it, now more than 10 have died and 100's are now infected. We will all get thru this if we pull together and come up with creative ideas on how to get thru this. I hope you're going to go live by modeling or having a friend model what you have in the store and sell online thru Instagram or FB Live. I'm pulling for you. God didn't bring you this far to leave you so hang in there, stay in prayer and be safe. This virus is no joke or hoax. Unfortunately, I'm having breathing issues and think my pneumonia has returned but I still work as hard or harder so I'll be ready. Praying for us all.

Alli Schultz i send your boutique instagram a dm about it last night , It is a big boutique i know shes been in business a long time and i just realized it literally identical
@@lv9157 im sure it was Melange Boutique. When they first opened a bunch of people tagged me letting me know they knocked us off. I asked them to change the logo considering it was identical to mine. They refused to do so and continue to use my logo to this day. They claim they didn't copy it but the logos speak for themselves. Super shady.
