Thanks! I'm a 67yo lady and I'm going to give it a go. Hope it's as easy as you made it look. We need more simple instruction videos on shelving and cupboards. Made well.
Omg! This is just what i needed, in am a 17 year old high school student that was looking for a new wood working project and this was the perfect thing i love these videos they are very straight forward and unique. keep doing what you are doing and good luck!!!!!!!!! and the adds were alright tooo!!
I've had the chance to use this table a couple of times now. It's fun to whip out in front of people:) I can see what people are talking about when they say the legs are delicate, but they're design to support a "mostly" vertical load, not be torqued from the side or pushed back into place. If you just let the table open or close on it's own and don't force anything, it works great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh Once it's set up, it's pretty solid. My only gripe would probably be related to the clamps provided. They're not the highest quality. They do the job, so no big deal, but they could be better. All in all, pretty cool gadget.
Hello my friend. simple shelves but it works very well. The materials are nicely placed. Good stock shelf. It's good that the compressor room is separate. Because they make a lot of noise. The lawn mower also entered. Boy is great :-). Shelves and compressors in their new form make the room beaut ......
Do you feel that the notch in the top board gives any additional strength? I’m having to build 20-30 of these so the notch time will add up for me. I do plan on storing very heavy items on the shelf.
I am about to build these to make some shelves in the garage but I am not going to put the notch. I believe that the third piece of wood (hypotenuse) will suffice.
Where are you going to park your van now that you have your garage full up with shelves lol... makin the best out of small places...great stop for the compressor tho...much love
Maybe an incredibly stupid question but how do you know where you want your cross beam ends to go, like how long or short, what determines this decision? Also, how do you know what angle to cut the ends at?
Angle is always 45º, no matter the length. So it does not really matter how long or short you make the cross beam, it will always fit. That said, you could use Pythagoras' theorem to calculate the exact length needed.
You hung the long lengths of the bracket in the opposite direction to the first two brackets which I think was a mistake as the notch is now the weak point. Good video though with some good tips.
Instead of making 900 saw cuts you could just use a chisel , or a hand plane, or a knife, or sandpaper, or a handsaw, or literally anything other than that. It's NEEDLESLY dangerous
I'm a 374 year old Guinea Pig and thanks to your great video I am going to make this for my cage.
Love it, ty

thanks for the kind comment bud...
I am a 59 year old woman and love this video, making them today! Love the kids! Thank you!
This was super helpful. I’ve used it twice now as a reference to build shelf supports with 2x4 scraps. Thanks for sharing!!!
Great vid, you have answered my questions! Thanks for this.
This was really helpful. I plan on making a shelf to put my projector and to put my books.
Love that saw. Want one so bad!
I have one♥️totally love it. Much easier than a circular hand saw for up to 8 inch cuts.
just made me some brackets, really helpfull, thank you bracketmaster !
Great video looks like the kids are ready to build too .
The lad loves it mate... thank god lol 😆

Just ordered my Festool Kapex KS 120 Sliding Compound Miter Saw on sale for $1499. I can't wait to try building my shelf brackets!
Well whoopy shit!
@Lasquez111 "whoopty sh*t"
That's a cool little space - you should turn it into a wine cellar!

Everybody hast money for festool! Useless!!!
Finally I can make more room for more Star Wars
Thanks for video I use everything out of recycled wood not trying to save the planet but it helps
Good job, Sir. Job well done. Μπράβο. Also merci for your nicely edited video post. Thumbs-up again.
Thank you very much!

Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much Sir.
Most welcome
Awesome Video Brother!
Thanks man
Pretty sure you could've rigged up small person a bunk bed, up near the ceiling somewhere, for those times when you need some peace & quiet ;)
Now that sounds like a good idea .... right wheres my saw.and drill
Your son is a miniature version of drunk me 😄 I love it 🙏❤
Can I cut those angles with a handsaw and do I figure out where and how to cut?
Did you just screw into the mortar or the brick?
Thanks for this! I'm gonna try it to mount my computer desk. How much weight would a dual 2x4 bracket setup like this roughly support? 🤔

Good Stuff!!!!
Nooice!
Is it necessary to notch the wood or can it just be 2 flat ends against each other
Yes sure it can
Wow, a tiny shed but awesome use of space you have. Was it once an outside lavatory?
It's a 3 room out building.. so the toilet is next door same size
Where are you going to park your van now that you have your garage full up with shelves lol... makin the best out of small places...great stop for the compressor tho...much love
Thanks bud

What's the name of your saw and what brand is it please
Can this notch be done on a standard miter saw? Great video by the way.
Yes, absolutely

Noticed that too . Then there would be point in having a notch.
Simple construction, I would have probably glued the joints, nice simple shop organisation think you may have lost your voice
Haha thanks mate not lost my voice ... just finding it hard to do full detail talking vids ...
its actially nice to have a no talking vid!! its self explanatory music chilled too nice one thankyou
Glue on end grain. Sit down. 6!!!
How do you stop the chop saw at the same point each time?
Ypu mean the trenching feature.??
@@lowesjoinery3031 Yes, the one that takes an hour or so to set up (at least on mine).
Yes Arran
12" x ?
What's the angle of the support piece?
45 degrees
I NEED TO KNOW HOW YOU MADE THE BRACES PLEASE!!
Dimensions of each piece of wood?
all you made is a video of you working! I need dimensions and directions!
You don't need anything, my friend. Have faith in your abilities and adventure into the unknown. Trust your training. You got this.
Snowflake
👍
Why cut out the notch ? 3:10 Why not just make the L shape without notch? Does it have better support?
yes
Better support
She aint much for looks but whatever floats your boat
You need a skinny head to get in that shed lol
Instead of making 900 saw cuts you could just use a chisel , or a hand plane, or a knife, or sandpaper, or a handsaw, or literally anything other than that. It's NEEDLESLY dangerous
Should not drill plug holes in mortar joint, drill into brick for proper fix.
Way to much unnecessary footage shown. Could have cut this in half and it would be great
Thanks for the message
If you are to Lazy to talk through your tutorials then I will not watch
