What A Wonderful World Jazz Guitar Arrangement

- My original arrangement of the song What a Wonderful World. What a Wonderful World Chord Melody. The harmonic, rest strokes, time feel, etc. are all inspired by Bill Frisell. I discuss this is more detail in the dedicated lesson.

Yes, the tab is out of sync. Sorry, but it's kind of a free time thing so syncing it didn't work.
all good man. Sounding great!
Where can I find that thing? (The software for the notation overlay)
Niiiice
I heart my Carvin LB76F. Carvin necks are crazy.
My first carvin is in the same colour - nice! Great vid
nice jazzy version. do the metal version of this song next.
Great idea!
That would be awesome!
Very nice and bonus points for playing a Carvin!
Beautiful arrangement and tone! Awesome!
Thank you!
Beautiful
Nice ❤
That was lovely
Thank you :)
Beautiful! Thank you, Dr Fludd 😊
Thank you!
@@andrefludd No, thank you. I requested and you provided. Just a beautiful arrangement. Loved the harmonics.
What a wonderful arrangement of a wonderful song. Really dig your playing.
Thank you!
Truly beautiful, Dr. Fludd. Digging the Holdsworth!
so pretty
Was on my wish list Thank YOU!!!
Nice, great tab, and something that isn't unplayable for me. I'll check out your lessons offerings.
That’s one of my goals for 2024. Put out a ton of music like this that people can actually learn to play in a couple of days. There’s too much unplayable music in online guitar communities lol
love it
Very nice! I love Bill Frisell's playing. His, "Gone like a Train" is a great recording.
Yes I love that one too
Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful arrangement, thanks for the lesson!
Great playing, amazing tone!!
Time to learn this note for note, what an incredible arrangement and tasteful playing as always!
Yes! I am going to be putting out a lot of playable arrangements and doing lessons on them. I feel like "simple" guitar playing is a lost art lol
Beautiful playing. Thank you.
Thank you too!
Amazing. You have inspired me to practice and try so much more on guitar. Im still getting better, but Im so glad to have found your channel. What a great arrangement, and that TONE!
Thank you!
I've commented elsewhere, but have you ever had a chance to check out Ormsby? I REALLY think you'd like them a lot. They're honestly the best playing guitars that I personally have had. I was going to get a Solar T1.7AD, but got a NAMM Goliath model after seeing a video from this year's NAMM floor and seeing their booth.
It's super light. Super ergonomic. The multiscale/fanfret is more extreme than strandbergs, but the bridge is better(IMO, but I think most would agree, their standard one is a custom hipshot made setup), the OEM pickups are sick. I've not owned a strandberg, or any other headless(or multiscale) until now, and this is just so amazing. I have played quite a lot of Strandbergs in GC, I played a Vader that a friend had, and man it is amazing. The Endurneck is nice, but it's got a very nice D-shape, which I'm a C-shape guy, but I find the D to be very nice and it's like the C's I play in thickness as well. I think you'd like an Ormsby quite a bit.
Because of you I'm trying the classical position, and I plan to get subbed to some of your courses here soon as well. Even as a metal player just from the bits I've seen you advertise, those lessons will help me a ton I can tell.
Not just because I own one, but I'd love to see you give others you view on it as well.
Sorry to go on so long. Just really would love to see your take on such, and also really appreciate your work! Keep them coming! I'll make sure to join your Patreon to help.

Great Arrangement!
Thank you
Who is this guy?? Awesome
🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
Thank you. My name is Andre Fludd.
Very nice arrangement and wonderful execution... and that Holdsworth "Fatboy" sounds great. That guitar really seems to suit you! Cheers! ~Glenn
Thanks Glenn!
Really nice! I love listening to Frisell (when he's not too far out). Have you done any other lessons on his work or style?
Not yet! But I have some coming. I'm the same way though. When I like his playing, it's some of my favorite guitar work. But I've seen other performances that weren't for me. I guess that's what comes with being so unique and free.
If you had a Carvin guitar in 1999 you could not give it away... It's funny how things change.
Yea, I guess they didn’t have the name recognition but the quality is there for sure
@@andrefludd Precisely
Also only a few years ago in the UK - Kiesel has really got the prices going up. I got a TL60 for 300 pound ($400) off ebay about 4 or 5 years ago. Now they are $1000+
Nice. Good arrangement and excellent playing. How many guitars did you try it on?
I tried it on all 3 Carvins and the PRS hollowbody. It sounds slightly better on the PRS, but I’m reviewing the Carvin tomorrow so I played it on this
Great arrangement and playing. Does the holdsworth make the jazz easier?😂
1000% I’m going to cover that on tomorrow’s video
funny.. i'm about to record a piano & vocal version for my fledgling UA-cam Channel. @sharatssaxophone
