How about running a power wire to the dash, from that pig-tale you installed, and use it to show the voltage you are getting back there on a small digital voltmeter. The desert is looking green!!! If you much further south---watch out for the giant wall!!!

We just purchased a 1986 Shasta Nomad 15 foot and got it for $1,200 cash. It is titled in our name now and we have a tag on it. We are remodeling it. It is small but at least if you start small, you started. LOL The previous owner had started a remodel, so most of the take out work is done.
Started stripping the floor and it is all solid. The bathroom is fully working. The electrical, both 12 volt and 120 volt works. The hot water heater works. All the windows crank open and it has a working and nice looking awning. We have the fresh water tank out and are going to bleach it out before reinstalling it.
I was nervous pulling it for the first time. I had my wife follow me and call and tell me how I was looking. She said it was tracking in the lane properly and was not weaving or bouncing around. Very happy with the buy. Do not have anything on my channel, so maybe I will trow up some videos of it.

I forgot to say that we have a 2001 F-250 super-cab with a V-10 gas engine. I added two 1,000 pound support springs to the rear axle.

does your RV have the 460ci ford V8, or the triton V10?
My dad was dead set on a new RV, but I convinced him to buy a used unit and we settled on a 2000 Damon intruder with the 6.8 v10..... I was weary of the V10, but this thing runs SWEET, 40k miles purrs like a kitten, and doesn't skip a beat, even foot to the floor on the the test drive.
What kind of gas mileage are you getting on GUZ now?
