Welcome home. I traveled with you this entire summer vicariously, that is. It was quite a fun vacation. Thanks for allowing us to tag along.
:10 You know you've watched too many RVerTV videos when you can recognize an intersection in a city you've never been to.
thats funny
Are you glad to be home???? I’ll tell you.. we sure enjoyed the whole 6 months of all the great travels….Can’t wait for next year…Thanks again Russ…
Welcome. Enjoyed the summer videos
Lots of things to see in your town. Thanks
I was getting concerned about you. Glad your good. Be back.
Russ…I’m from Wyoming…but the thing I love about Arizona is the palm trees and cactus….I love love love palm trees
Theres no palm trees in Arizona those you see are bought & planted by people
Lots of miles, great scenery and full circle back to the winter domicile. Thanks for sharing the journey !!
Looking forward to your videos on the history of that area.... can't wait!
Thanks to you and people like you I'm stuck down here in Quartzsite. My husband watched you and others for years and got rid of everything and bought a RV. Yay! Now we're stuck here!!
Glad to see the McDonalds is still there: just in case Russ's coffee brewer fails...!
So you are back home after watching every video you put out on your eastern vacation I bet you are ready for a rest.
I went through Quartzsite last weekend. People are starting to show up at the LTVA's. Weather was pleasant. In the 80's. Some vendors were already set up.
Howdy Russ! Loved the summer videos! Can't wait to see what's next! Take care 👍
Wow! Canadians can come down!
Canadians Love RVerTV Eh.

Look forward to seeing your new electric bike, I hope you take us on some of your ridess. Looks like there are some nice trails in the area.
There's no place like home ! Beautiful desert. I was getting a little concerned with all of the craziness going on in the country. Take care.🌵
Doesn't sound like the craziness has gone anywhere, at least as far as ARIZONA is concerned...
I live in AZ and having a blast
Come on down. No craziness it’s all hype
See ya at the big tent
I do say Rusty! You sure did have an amazing cross state vacation. I really enjoyed watching every video and felt I was really there with you. I’m so glad your back safe and sound.
Thanks 👍
Omg I love it when you are in Quartzsite. I show my wife your video's and tell her this is where I want to retire! Thanks Russ! 😊
Please do!
After they ruin it with overdevelopment you may want to go elsewhere.
Russ, glad you made it home. Time to relax and put your feet up! ( in the golden nugget that is ) you will love an ebike!!!
As always!! Love 💘 love 💘 love your videos!!👍🥳💞 Can't wait to get to Quartzite this season too!!🥰💕💯
The Sky. In The Arizona Desert , has
All kinds of lines and different Clouds . Like the footage ...
You timed your trip perfectly many of those places you visited got quite a bit of snow. I'll be heading twords that area for the winter next week...The journey continues
Hi Russ, the summer videos series was really cool. We just started a new adventure, we sailed our new boat, a 2020 Corsair 880 Sport Trimaran from our condo in Key Largo, Florida to West Pal Beach and crossed over to the Bahamas from there. It's only 57 miles from West Palm to West End Bahamas. With the current from the Gulf Stream and a 20 mph west wind, we were able to cover the 57 miles in 3.25 hours and averaging 16.2 knots. The Corsairs are known for their insane speeds. We will probably stay in the Bahamas until July of 2022......
Thanks Russ ! I love it when you show us Quartsite .. I havent been thru there in 40 yrs but want to make that trip one more time . It's on my bucket list !
You mentioned the population as about 3000. I was a teenager in the 60's and there were only about 200-300 UNTIL winter then it doubled or tripled. Hey could you some times mention the plant life besides the cactus, such as the Iron wood, Mesquite, Salt Cedar etc. I lived in AZ from 1960-1966, then I went to WA and now live in the great North Land of AK.
I DO miss AZ and Rockhounding.
Makes me feel good to be “home”, and I live in California…
Looking forward to seeing whatever changes progress has brought.
Welcome home!
Saw a piece on CNBC about Douglas Ranch a HUGE development going in Buckeye. 37,000 acres!
Welcome Back. Enjoyed your Summers series. Good to have you back in Arizona. ❤
Thanks for the video. I was last in Quartzsite December of 93. Stayed at Prospector's Panorama, southwest corner of 95 and south service road. In the video, the owners home/clubhouse is still there. the rest of Quartzsite is almost unrecognizable, but that was 28 years ago.
I like your idea about doing some content on the history of Quartzite. And some of the local nuances and such. I would enjoy watching that. It is a very unique place. The local community seems to have embraced the Snow Bird and Nomad way of life.
Russ, thanks again for another "year" of travel. I've watched you for 2 years now. Wouldn't miss an episode.
I was there 22 years ago when I was 22 lol, for the rock show my family and I had a booth at. Off season, hardly anyone. Then it almost explodes overnight. A solid wall of rvs, camp trailers.. crazy sight to see
Hi Russ it was sooooo nice meeting you after all this time watching your videos and learning about the Quartzsite area I’m finally a full time nomad enjoying what I have learned from you my friend 😎🥰❤️👍🎉🎉🎉
The RVerTV cactus survived. I watched the whole video just for that moment! Of course, I watched the rest to get the utoobe credit for viewing until the end!!
Been here fore 4 days. I spent 3 months here last year . I'm currently camping on Dome rock rd. Nice and peaceful.
Where do you get water? All the reservoirs are drying up and they continue to build. There has to be a tipping point.
Rusty, don't know what kind of equipment you are using, but this is the clearest, most vivid video I've seen on UA-cam. As always, your videos are informative and well done. Have a great winter in Quartzsite.
Welcome home Neighbor! We’ll be heading up from Marana and staying a couple weeks in January during the big tent show. Looking forward to seeing the Q back to normal and growing! Steve
It's going to be busy with the Canada opening up and everybody coming down for the winter I'd love to be there
We Love RVerTV Eh.
@@henrywardell4635 Henry I'm glad you saw that I'd love to be the one there I'm from New York but I'd love to head out there soon
Welcome home! That sure was a fast summer. So many excellent videos from your adventure. Be looking forward to seeing your area again. Thanks so much! 😊👍
Welcome home, Russ. Feels good, eh?! Always makes me feel good to see the desert in the fall and no one films it as good as you!!
welcome home! thank you so much for a fantastic trip this summer!
You bet!
Thank you, great review of what's happening in quartzsite. 🙂🇺🇲
Wishing quartzsite would remain a small town forever
That's very likely. Its just a big fuel stop and that's all it will ever be.
Me too.
🙋♀️Hello Russ! It feels so good to be back in Quartzsite. Enjoyed seeing all the old familiar places, see/hear about all of the changes that took/will take place while we were away. Enjoy the rest of your day.
Glad you enjoyed it
I was there in 1988 stopped in at the McDonald's there was a beautiful miniature of a New England bar with all patrons in it drinking it was $8,000
Great trip this year!

It's always nice to come home. I'm glad the summer is over and also glad we had a decent monsoon season here as well. Hopefully the west will get lots of rain and snow this winter too. Heaven on earth is just beginning here in AZ...enjoy!
GREAT Job as always Russ... Glad you made the trip back home....

I bought an electric bike too! Can't wait to ride in the desert!
Hi Russ, followed every mile with you this summer. But there's no place like home. Hope your winter travels will be as interesting as always, can't wait to see you on the electric bike. Stay safe, especially on the bike
Welcome home! Hey sounds like your Canadian snowbirds will be able to make it in for the winter!
Welcome back! Really enjoyed your summer tour, great pictures.
Thank You Russ for some good travels. It would be interesting to see your home base. Any chance of that?
Many Thanks!
Yet another great video .. Darn how much I miss that place
I've been following your travels and we have been trodding some of the same ground, from Flaming Gorge south through St George. We just stayed a couple weeks at Lake Mead where that huge 70+ mph wind ripped off my awning while it was up and latched to the side of my MH. It bent the arms, broke the latches and everything. Anyway, we just arrived at Q today - our first time staying here. We just payed the $180 LTVA fee at La Posa S. We are FTers and since April we have spent only $70 in CG fees, as we boondocked from TX, through NM, CO, WY, UT, NV now here. We were spoiled to finally have to pay a little, but consider it an outstanding deal as it includes not just a place to stay, but unlimited water, dump and trash disposal. I'm sure you're glad to be back home after your giant loop from East to West. Maybe we'll bump into you while here. If so I'll buy you a beer or two. We enjoy your informative videos quite a bit. Thanks.
thank you
Good to see you back.
The Herb's Hardware building had a Sale Pending sign hanging from the For Sale sign the beginning of the summer. Looks like the deal fell through.
Rice Ranch north and south had a For Sale sign up the end of spring.
The LaMesa RV lot also had a For Sale sign hanging from the fence at the end of spring but I did not see it in the video. I was told by folks that work there they were not coming back. Maybe they had a change of mind. I hope so, and they bring back the free pancakes!
Always stopped at the old truck stop that just sold. Liked the food there.
Just got here last night!
We sure do need more truck stops. They're a good mine too.
It feels good to be back home , hope you got your royalty check for your advertising of quartzsite, because of you I know my way around quartzsite like the back of my hand and I haven't even been there yet but now that my sister has passed away , next year I'll be there for sure and hope you do a meet and greet at miners depot, can't wait to dig up some gold 👍
I love Quartzsite.
We're hoping to get back to Quartzsite soon. It was a nice, quiet place when we stayed there in the spring. We stayed at Holiday Palms, and enjoyed it!
glad to see you back!!!
Glad u r home! Time for a rest, enjoy
Thank you, I will
Quartzsite was fun and cool back in 1997
I made it ,I'm in AZ.
Glad you're back Russ.
The fall is the best for us S🌅n worshipers!✌💜🎼🎵🎶
The truck stop was Teds Truck Stop and Bull Pen restaurant. Friends of mine, I thought the ground was polluted and could not be sold, wonder what happened there... Nice to see, I hope to be there this year for the first time in 8 years! I probably won't recognize it.
I’m looking forward to Quartzsite in January, I was at Acadia Grande for the Tiffin RV rally the weather was perfect
