I Found More DOLLAR TREE FISHING HACKS !

The weather was not cooperating for fishing so we went back to DOLLAR TREE and found more FISHING HACKS. For only $1.25 and some creativity you can make some really useful fishing items. From pencil sharpeners that I made into line cutters to converting a paint roller set into a device for loading line onto your pole I came up with NINE HACKS from just one trip to the DOLLAR TREE. You need a top or lid for the fish livewell or the fish will jump out. Don’t ask how I know.

Just an extra tip, you may already be doing this. Use any strip of foam to hook your wet painted jigs for a drying rack. The unused roller would be a great size.

We use those pool noodles by cutting a strip out (like you did for the basket live well) and then hanging it on the gunwhale. Easy place to hook lures while out fishing for easy access or when switching. Super handy. thanks for the ideas!

Note: Paint the jig heads White FIRST, and let it dry... THEN paint them Any Color you want, as the color will "Stand-Out" a LOT Better...! (I do mine this way All the time!).

Coffee stirs work, plus you get a ton cheap. I use them when I tie bobberstops.

I was going to mention the pencil bags/binder pouches but you beat me to it. Ib like to store spinnerbaits, buzzbaits and jigs. I put a silica bag in with it to take care of moisture. Rice may work too?.?
