Hey Patrick. Im also located in Colorado, I'm 21 and have been a fan of lacrosse pretty much my whole life. I've never played on a team and only shot on empty nets. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for where I might be able to learn and find a mens league where I wont just get dominated by ex college players lol. Im really leaning more towards box... Thanks!
Hey @Zozofy, I’m not Patrick, but I found that just getting out there and signing up as a free agent with a Ulax league should be a good entry point to at least get you hooked in with the local community. My experience is that as long as you’re honest about your ability levels and are willing to get after improving, most teams save for the sweatiest leagues will be happy to at least have you along for the ride.
