One of the best videos so far, information wise.
Immediately sent this to my team! Thanks
Great demo. For new players id add picking a target on the fence behind you so you can see how you pocket shoots them turn to the wall as you improve.
Thank you I definitely needed this
Keep up the good work , these vídeos awasome For
Evert player in regadles of their position.

Thanks this is very helpful
Nice video I’m definitely using this
Definitely gonna add that first drill to my routine
its miless
@@orangus_8302 what upppp!!
Bro you're popping off on UA-cam
@@LaxWeekly it’s crazy how fast it happened
Yoo miles!
Great vid. Love the longhorn shirt, where did you get it?
Is wallball the best way to improve my offhand? I want to be more fluent and accurate, are there any other drills I could do?
Look in a mirror and make sure your dominant handed throw looks the same as the non dominant. Then instead of doing 50 on each hand, do 50 with your dominant and 75 with your non dominant, it all comes to using your non dominant hand more.
Wall ball helps a ton.
I bought a hockey stick made for my off hand, I’m righty to I got a lefty hockey stick and shot around with it. You don’t need ice all you need is carpet and a tennis ball
No. Wallball is the only way
Wall ball is the way
Great video !
can you do a video on goalie so like saving clearing ready stance all the stuff for a goalie? nice video thx
Could you do a Best Defensive Drills video
You can do wall ball with a d-stick, you just need a taller wall and to stand further from the wall.
Do a video on recruiting
yes
This is awesome!!
Where do you find such nIce walls
Is there anyway that you can show a shot routine
Can you show this guys dodging workout routine? This is really good.
Do d poles do all this? Some of this I can’t do
you got to di more vids for the goalies bud
how high should i put the x on the wall
Cool
I want to see content about tactics and scheme
what’s his stick set up
this made me mega better
Review Joey Terenzi.
Shooters cradle?
Video on LSM would be awesome
Does the cold weather effect the bounce back?
If your using a wall it shouldn’t at all. I’ve never heard of it affecting net rebounders either and ir shouldn’t but maybe it does
Last year for me tryouts in a few months I gotta be ready!
Crossover passes= Canadian bacon 🥓
What a Chad
It won’t let me join your weekly newsletter, it says that your certification expired.

Great routine. For less advanced/committed players I recommend wearing gloves. Practice like you play.
My shooting workout:
Warmup: 25 passes both hands
Warmup: 15 Light shots both hands
Shooting on the run 15 both hands
Shooting from pass 20 both hands
Overhand corners 15 both hands
Sidearm corners 15 both hands
End: 25 pushups
(I do this 3 times a week)
ball
I am 11 and I do 300 on each hand and don't count it if I drop one.
Same, I do some of these when I practice.
