Best thing Faye is seeing you on a bike happy with the cheesiest grin and enjoying the ride. The place all motorcycle adventures should begin.

Stopping and starting with just your left leg is the way it's taught in 🇨🇭. No matter what bike you ride. (incl. scooters.).
The amount of joy in your voice and the sparkle in your eyes tells us everything. Pity they don't make it in a 300 or even a 500cc version.
Happy to see you doing so well and being so confident after me thinking you were finished last winter..... just don't get too cocky though, but i'm sure Shaun has already told you that.
Over cofidence = horizontal encounters with the tarmack!!
Stay safe and well you two, Steve.

@@silktvPDR1 since mid 1970's all Brit bikes are built like anyother motorcycle make, ie footbrake on the Right.
You should have written, Brit Okdtimer.

Have a nice day, greets Steve.

@@millinutz sorry splitting hairs game? Just a statement as all my bikes are from 1938 to 1969 so correct for me, putting my left leg down would be very strange. Regards

Faye, it is fun to look away from the screen and hear a Everton accent that has been away from home a bit. My wife left in the 70's for a career in the Army, but her sister still lives just off Stanley Park and I sometimes need an interpreter, specially when we had a few bevvy's & the 2 are going a mile a min. "Oh god yeah" you say ?

    Great confidence now Faye.
I’m also vertically challenged at 5’3 with a 27 inch inside leg, I ride a new 650 Suzuki VStrom, which has been lowered by 25 mm, it’s still at a height where I’m on tip toes.
As time goes by you will get the confidence on talker bikes.when I pull up I have the bike in first gear…hang off slightly to the left and get a foot down, and keep the right foot covering the rear brake, Sure your great mentor has covered this with you tho.😂

own one of those for 4 months now and have to say I had some problems with it. Rust on the seat, on the sides and the bike can't handle stop and go very well, it also is hard to put gears in compared to other bikes I tested. However it looks awesome and is fast. Some say a 15 inches pision improves driving ALOT.

That's interesting i found it handles loads better than the other 125's I've rode and gear changes are really smooth although I've only done 550 miles on it so hard to judge yet but adding a tooth on the front would prob make a great difference 👍

Hyosung used to build Suzuki’s under licence ,so I am told & have a good spec ,although priced more nearer the Japanese spec bikes .125 or 1400cc ‘s I always say it’s what a bike is personally worth to you in joy of ownership is what really counts .I hope you get to own the bike that gives you that joy .👍

A tip for one foot stops (the Police/IAM taught me this) when coming to a halt at say 3-5mph forget the front brake and just use the rear then just before coming to a halt pull the r/h bar towards your stomach and at the same time put your left foot on the floor whilst still having your left foot working the rear brake and you'll come to a halt with one foot firmly on the deck.

Nice bike, but would you think the price difference compared to the sinnis and lexmoto is worth it?

    • @TinsonTour
      @TinsonTour  3 роки тому +1

Yeah hard to justify another grand on a 125cc but money no object i think its just about worth it but on a budget not a chance

So million dollar question worth paying the extra for this over the Hoodlum? I guess both are great n if you got the £££ get this.
    Am going for a 14bhp 125cc...
P.s Only managed to stall 6 times or so today. But loved it!

Yeah you definitely get more for your money 💰🤑 with the Hyosung .. I enjoyed the hoodlum but if I had the extra £££ I'd get the Hyosung 🏍🤗👍

This is exactly the question I’m asking at the moment, just done my CBT after many many years of not riding I’m looking for a 125 and I do really like the look of this bike but don’t want to spend an extra grand if it’s just for the aesthetics!
