    my mind is blown, cannot believe thats a 125. and a Vtwin! the engineering to produce such a small V twin that actually produces any torque is not as easy as it sounds. fair play to them for taking the risk bringing it over here, its not cheap for a chinese brand but its visually more appealing than most other bikes in its class.

    • @exeterrider
      @exeterrider  4 роки тому +7

      Yeap not bad is it. It's a Korean brand. More on that in the full review. I tried to pick fault with it but it honestly is a well made bit of kit.

    I so wish 125s looked like that when I was 17. The Chinese certainly know how to style a bike. Quality looks good. How it would fair through the winter though. Those black exhausts will turn to crude in no time. You're brave riding a bike called Aquilla in your neck of the woods. Used to be a MC patched club called that years ago! 👍

    • @exeterrider
      @exeterrider  4 роки тому +4

      That's OK, any trouble with them then I'll duff them up. It's a Korean made bike mate. The finish is very acceptable compared to some Chinese stuff and if it's looked after then it will be fine. If left outside in the rain (most likely with the young riders) then it will rust. It's a good bike 👍🍻🏍️

    Being an admirer of the new Honda Rebel, I love the bike's look although I wish they would have toned down the graphics. Unfortunately, we'll probably never see this bike over here in the US because of its low displacement. I understand our western culture of wanting our bikes to be big and bad, but when you've got to commute in congested traffic a flickable bike like this or even a scooter makes more sense. Sadly, few retailers here want to carry such options unless it's a novelty item like a Grom and I'm not going there. Keep up the great reviews.

    Looking forward to your other 125cc reviews. Most people seem to do reviews on all the 'top of the range' big bikes. And, although I enjoy these, I, also, enjoy reviews on the small and mid-capacity bikes.
    BTW, I think the reason the mirrors on your NC750 are giving you vibration problems is that they are, I think, aftermarket folding ones. the originals are very good, with no vibration - well the ones on my NC are, anyway.

    • @exeterrider
      @exeterrider  4 роки тому

      Yes mate they are aftermarket that I bought for my grom. I needed folding ones to get past the car in the drive. It's a tight fit. Very useful but wobble too much. I still have the stock ones but just not suited to get to g the bike packed away. I hope to do more 125 stuff in the future👍

      My advice would be really is the Keeway and certinly the Hyosung, Parts are almost impossible to get ....I know its not the same but save your money and you have more chance of getting parts if you go for something like a Lexmoto Michigan , its cheap and good enough to tie you over, goodish dealer network,and parts are ok to an extent but a lot better than the headaches you will get with hyosung etc.
      Well donr for getting back on, its a life changer just owning a bike let alone riding them....Enjoy! and let me know what you get in the end.
