I'm using Lucy all the time since I had no clue how Piper worked. (I'm a Nekomata main but I love using Ellen as well) Using Neko, Ellen, and Lucy is a bit overkill for my level, but Lucy is only giving a small attack buff to my team, but having a list of alternatives for when you'll eventually need to make an extra team gives you an idea of who else to pay attention to. The fact that it was Ben for the recommendation is kinda unexpected, but pretty cool that he's got some value outside of his crew.
I'm really thankful that there's youtubers that give guides because I'm betting a lot of people are excited to play zzz for weeks and this just tells people how fun this game can be

1:07 you mentioned it before but it would be cool if she had some Jack-O type setups. That home run attack could be like Jack-O throwing her minions or she could have a defensive command that lets her time a parry with them.

The death by glamour music while lycaon is kicking the living shit out of the enemies is amazing
I personally wanted Lycaon or Grace for a couple reasons. But I wanted to have Lycaon more so after I played his demo, his combo with Nicole was actually very satisfying in my opinion. I was kind of in a conflict of finding what team I wanted to go for as I wasn't that interested in the Ellen full freeze team that's been booming recently. So when you mentioned in the end that I could use Zhu Yuan with Nicole and Lycaon my interest was peaked. I'm going to try and pull Zhu Yuan when she's available. Hopefully my luck won't turn on me, but you never know.

I'm amazed by how good every character in the game is at launch. Like there's not a single weak unit in the entire game, it's nutty. There aren't any 5-stars that I might pull that I would be disappointed to get (no Bailu/Gepard/Yanqing in this Hoyo game). I happened to get Rina as my free 5-star and I was like AW YEAH, ANBY GO BZZZT, but I would've been just as happy with any other member of the roster. What a great lineup of characters right out of the gate, for real.

I hope I will manage get both Ellen and Nekomata during this banner. Neko is someone I wanted from the start and Ellen gameplay also looks cool. Didnt had much luck with pulls for them though. Got Coleda and Rina tho, especially Rina is fun and her skills range is insanely long. Lucy is pretty nice too her piggies stay on field even with her not being out.

Quick Question: I currently have a new account with Ellen and Rina (Ellen in first 30 summons. Rina from guarantee 5 star)
Ill keep summoning on the general banner for Lycoan of course. But should i summon for Ellens weapon? Or save for Zhu?

So allegedly I made the best build for rina when I started playing the game and didn't understand anything that was going on. Cool!
I got lucky and got Soldier 11 and Rina. Would Anby and stun be the best to place with those two S rank characters I got? I also got the drill arm electric guy and thought about taking out 11 for a full electric team with Rina, Anby, and drill arm man. So basically should I use 11, Rina, and Anby; or should I use drill arm man, Anby, and Rina for the mono electric team.
The way I pulled Ellen with my first limited ten pull and now I'm praying for the wolf boy and her weapon to come home soon 🙏🙇

This is basically about the 5 star we get from first 5 multi right ? And we still have a free 5 star to choose after that iirc
So depending on which 5 star we get , what other 5 star should we be choosing because I think that would be most important for the first patch.
Like if I get Rina I would ideally wanna go for grace ? Or maybe lycon ? For the attribute/faction respectively.
Wouldn’t Anby be a better pick for the Rina team? Or did you pick Ben just for his passive ability?
For anyone new who watches, partial spoiler got to a point where you trial Zhu Yuan and found in her kit she is not like other characters. Her passive is tied to having another faction teammate or a SUPPORT type teammate meaning she is not tied to only Nicole. Don't know if anyone else has caught this yet and spread the word.
i always hate the day before a game release or big update like wuwa release firefly release or zzz release cuz knowing that tomorrow is the day i wont be able to sleep it feels so bad to go to bed i cant sleep
This helps a lot thank you very much 😊. I got Nekomata and honestly didn't know what team i should run. The game is completely unplayable bytheway it's crushing non stop on my pathetic flagship phone so I'm playing at PC. Honestly idk why is that bad optimized on Android.

Thankfully now, Qingyi (Zhu Yuans partner) is literally the first character of 1.1. So now Zhu Yuan will be able to fill out that faction AND attribute buff (since Nicole is ether and Qingyi is electric)
Does this take into consideration the new changes (almost all buffs) for 1.0 release ?

I just got Rina in a lucky pull and I personally am going all out for Von cause I need! I know the ice Oni is good with him but wouldn’t it also just be a fantastic choice to use Rina with Von and Corin as well?

I also got Soldier 11. I was concerned because I kept hearing she had a high skill level to play her properly, but when I found out it was just having her attacks done in a rhythm, I was ready to let loose. I love rhythm games, so I love her.

Hey, I actually plan on making Lycaon my main and not using an attack agent like Ellie or Corin. I was thinking on Lycaon, Soukaku and Rina/Lucy. Do you think I'll be able to clear all endgame content on hardest difficulty or is it bonkers to not use a main dps?
Depends on the endgame if it favours his element then yes, same like genshin and hsr, shiyu defense will promote whatever character is currently on rate up
For other endgames we'll have to wait and see but it should be clearable

Can I get an opinion on a Neko, Reina, Anby comp? Faction buff for neko with anby and shock buff for the back line characters.

I got Lycaon on my first pull, and I want to pull for Ellen and then rina, since the faction buff and I get a great amount of coverage for Two ice users one stun and one dps, and an electric support, so if I get that team I think I’ll be happy for life. I want to pair them with the Butler boo, and if you couldn’t tell, I love Victoria Housekeeping XD
If I can get Ellen for Lycaon, would Rina also be a good fit for the team? I'd assume they would be but I just wanna check.
What were to happen if I put rina and ellen on one team? I really like all the victoria housekeeping commission characters and will try to get ellen but if i were to get rina, is there a way to use ellen too?
Pure DMG is what happens if you put them together and get really creative with your combos. I think team variety in this game is gonna be huge.

Lyca is the best choice to reroll for, he will pretty much be mandatory for all ice teams in the future, Soukaku as well to some extent, Grace got some potential, lots of CN tc rating her pretty highly, Rina is like Lyca but for shock teams tho rn no real shock dps, nekomata solid dps but could be powercept a lot faster than the others
Fire seems the weakest for now, so I'd reroll if i got soldier 11 or koleda unless theyre fun to play

man even with the game coming tomorrow I'm still torn on going for either Ellen or Zhu Yuan. Coming from Star Rail Ik how good it is to go for an investment character and reap the rewards later(ended up skipping the first Ruan Mei banner which was a huge mistake). Even though I want both I'm gonna see who my first 5 star is to help make that decision.
Have some questions about Nekomata team building. So, it happens that I got a 5* support weapon Weeping Cradle, which increases the team damage by a pretty substantial amount. Would Nicole be the BiS in Neko + Piper team considering Nicole’s also E2? Also, regarding Anby as the last slot, wouldn’t Billy be technically better than her cuz he’s also physical, so more Assault procs? I also have Lycaon but I don’t think I can effectively fit him into Neko team
Daze is important so stick to Anby. That weapon can find good use elsewhere.
Regarding the idea of a mono element team, it can work but triggering Disorder can easily give you more damage. Theres a video by nakfrg showing how Assault + Disorder can straight up oneshot enemies, and compete with the strongest Ellen composition right now
@@BlazeLibra hmm how about Neko + Piper + Lucy? No stunner, but Lucy apparently is pretty strong at applying burn, so they have pretty good disorder potential?

an additional note about mono element teams, there are exceptions and that exception is Ellen, Soukaku, and dog

I’ve been playing Neko with Lucy and now Piper wheel and they are an amazing team setup to play with. Yes you miss out on the cunning hares buff for neko but piper builds anomaly for neko and Lucy’s piggie buffs are great for neko. Before I got piper I was using Ben like you suggested as he is amazingly fun to use and actually a lot faster than I expected him to be
You dont lose the buff for neko tho, since piper shares the same element, is a great team, just without much daze
Actually for grace i would recommend not using ben and using anby instead to avoid replacing your shock since grace's whole thing is the shock application and anton can retrigger the original shock proc (think Kafka) you can have grace on high anomaly proficiency to increase the initial shock damage and then repeat that with anton. (Makes it so you need to trigger the shock with grace tho which would need some planning).
