Hi, Drew: I am familiar with the hits from this album but not the other songs from it. Loving the album, 'Livin' On The Fault Line' so much, I will take the time when I get a chance to listen to all of this. Thank you for this upload; I understand that it takes a bit of work to put these together.
My pleasure 🙂 All of the albums I have with me are in digital form. They are either from CD's, Digital download, cassette or LP Rip. The time it takes to create the album for upload varies but I have a set formula so it's quite easy to do once I have everything I need, album art, track list and album information. I listen to the album, while I gather what I need, to make sure the quality is still good and then I put it all together.
@@54music2 I know I can branch off in any direction at times but your mention of the word, 'cassette' reminded me of my Aerial Ballet cassette by Nilsson. It has a totally different start to the song Everybody's Talkin' that I can clearly remember but cannot find it anywhere. I find these little frustrating things that I'm sure I will never find quite often do present themselves eventually but I don't think this one will.
"The original opening number for Aerial Ballet was "Daddy's Song", but this track was removed (apparently without Nilsson's awareness) after the first copies were issued, because The Monkees had recorded a cover version to be featured in their film Head, and had paid $35,000 for exclusive rights to the song. Recent reissues restore "Daddy's Song" (with the Monkees' contract long expired) to its rightful place in the lineup." I am not sure how the song Everybody's Talkin' starts on cassette, the track length is the same in LP as it is on cassette. The track begins side two of the LP and it seems that is the same with side two of the cassette. Sorry I have not replied until now. Drew
The reason I have put this reply in the main body of the comments is because it has done the same thing as the comments I made on your other video. 'Top Comments' = one reply, 'Newest First' = two replies. At least, that is how it is on my end. UA-cam is broken with respect to this and I have given them feedback about it. As always, no reply as if it isn't a human that takes our feedback. @54music2 I know I can branch off in any direction at times but your mention of the word, 'cassette' reminded me of my Aerial Ballet cassette by Nilsson. The setting things I still can not help you with. UA-cam has standard settings of most popular first. Aerial Ballet is a nice album. I love John Farnham's cover of One ua-cam.com/video/JfcilXNlH2w/v-deo.html.
@@54music2 Nice voice and a good rendition of the song. I found the warbly (guitar?) on the right side during the chorus disturbing though. I guess we all have our favourites and artists from our own countries especially. Two of my first albums were Gary Puckett and The Union Gap's Young Girl and The Brooklyn Bridge's debut album. I only ever found one person who liked that Brooklyn Bridge album like I do and we had a good chat about it. They are two of my favourite albums and I think it is because I have known them for so long.
love the extended details
🙂👍👍
