- Larry Stevens Furtick Jr. (born February 19, 1980) is an American Baptist evangelical Christian pastor, author,and composer of Elevation Worship. He is the founder and senior pastor of Elevation Church, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Furtick was born and raised in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, and attended Berkeley High School. I was so close to giving up last week because I'm homeless living in hotels and I have no job and many other reasons but I kept pushing and today I found out that I'm going to be getting an apartment it's being renovated for me right now and I have an interview Thursday for a job that is going to hire me And tomorrow is my two month Sobriety After 20 years I'm finally Because of our heavenly father Able Be successful. I would pray and pray and pray and pray and pray and pray and my prayers are being answered SUDDENLY

Amen, 🙌 You know I truly believe that God allows us to sit in our struggles for a bit, so we can gain something from it... Learn or become. Like by me being homeless, I stayed at the local shelter, and had to sit and eat, sleep, with the very people who I previously looked down on. I would look at them with disgust, and tell them no, I can't give you any change. Go get a job. I had to live with them, in order to be humbled. I became homeless, and found compassion, and grew. I can honestly say now that I met some of the most amazing and beautiful people there. People who would quickly give the shirt off their back or their last dollar if I needed it. Even if it meant they went without that night. It was a humbling and life-changing experience. And I would go to war for them now!! I am grateful that I had to go thru that time... It grew my relationship with God!! Opened my eyes to how much we desperately need more resources out here for those homeless. So I truly believe that God will allow it to happen for a purpose. The devil meant it for evil but God meant it for good ♥ I'm happy for you. I'm so glad you are doing better and free from addiction. Praise and Glory to God 🙏
Life sure can bring many obstacles n heartaches.I still trust God tho and he will turn it all around.
Father thank you for my life everything everyone. My trust is in you my confidence is in you. I lay it all at your feet. Ive walked in obedience in reference to my enemies. I pray for thier peace. I thank you for holding thier hands catching thier tears seeing them through the war they have induced your will be done. This struggle this battle i give to you it isnt mine to bare or endure. Im not anyones enemy im not thier sacrifice im not thier punching bag. Show them you are the most high worthy of all praise and glory. I give it all to you. Your for me not against me.
