Tips for actually getting bigger like actually locking in bc I’ve been static for like 1 month and idk progressive overload eating 3.5k haven’t been skipping training hard.got any tips I’m not big but I’m small just trying to learn how to maximize growth. Love u man ❤
if I had to give you any tip it's really think about what you are trying to grow as you train it. Sounds obvious but like when doing a lat pulldown I want you to really envision what part of your lat you are trying to grow and how doing this is working it. Lemme know if that makes sense

1 month is a short time man, if you're truly training hard and eating well then you just gotta give it time. It's a long journey but it's fun

Grill guy at chipotle 💪 good way to get free protein in but I try to avoid anything but the meat because of all the oils
