What software are you running on your laptop? I have tried this on Mac and PC and cannt get the connection to work. Thanks in advance!
Hi Robby, are your pictures or videos on the SD card of the camera? If they are you will need a card reader in order to transfer the files, if you are using a cable, you need the proper usb cable that comes with the camera
