- Finally getting back to the red tj wrangler and does it need a few things to bring it back to life. In this video I pull off the hard top to strip down the old flood we have been using the last couple of years, make any repairs, and roll on paint the hardtop and fender flares. We put some new turnsignal lights on, and tinted windows since I was already there. I think the Jeep came out pretty good. Thanks for watching. 🍻

Awesome, definitely more coming your way. 🍻
As usual, excellent video, super informative, excellent videography, always leaves me missing stateside off-roading. I love your content. I'll keep tuning in.

i love these lego cars so satisfying to work on and build
My favorite part about them. 🍻
Looks good! I need to refresh my hard top, so I'm going to have to follow your lead!
Awesome, probably my least favorite thing to do 😂 Very time consuming but satisfying. I had fun on this one. Thanks for watching 🍻
Another job well done.

Damn that came out nice! Absolutely doing this to our YJ now.
Thanks buddy I appreciate it. 🍻
Came out awesome. I did something similar to my jk last year. Made such a huge difference. Can hopefully start on my tj next.
Cool video man. I love my 03 TJ. I’d love to find a 2 piece top like that. What a great product.

Thank you 🙏 🙏
Nice restoration on the top and fenders etc...WHITE XJ ?????? 😊
Thank you and yeah recently picked up a Laredo 🍻
Could have added the oil base flood to the oil base paint to make the paint flow better
Yeah you can definitely do that I just ran out, I felt it did flow pretty good without. 👍🏼
I was reading one of the comments from this video. Did you say that the red TJ in the video is sitting on 35 inch tires right now but you said it was more capable with 33 inch tires? What size lift and do you have any offset? Also, where did you get those TJ directional lights?
Yes 35s and 4”+ 1 lift. There are many variables that will make the difference, as of now definitely more capable with 33s. The larger tires changes wheel base, gearing, and torque to the wheels, All things to consider when offroading. ideally you want the wheel base of an XJ on an under built tj. When you get to 35s a front locker and regear are going to be the best bangs for the buck to overcome the same obstacles with the larger tires. Lastly crawl ratio. The tjs come stock with a very numerically low crawl ratio, to increase this number to 100:1 (ideal) you would ultimately need an atlas 2 transfer case. See Sometimes larger tires are not the answer, it’s all about wheelbase on under built jeeps, but if you have the power to move larger tires. It works. 🍻🍻here are the turn signals www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJRP3VZ2/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_89PNSCHFF9NV33CPAY8S?linkCode=ml2&tag=atemoffroad-20
Very nice job...question..where do you keep your spare tire?
In the garage for now, I have a gluetred patch kit I keep in the jeep for wheeling. 🍻
Thanks for the video! Just one question... I didn't quite get the info on how you were able to remove the hard water spots? Thanks in advance.
No worries, I used cleaning vinegar. Works good 👍🏼
@@ATEMOFFROAD Mahalo for that, we have lots of chemicals in our water.
Are you glad you went with the 35 inch tires? Also what gearing do you have?
So far love the 35s, but as the Jeep sits right now 33s seemed make the Jeep more capable. Phase 2 of the build starts now. I’ll be re gearing 2 5:13s front and rear lockers and possibly. If all works out I want the Atlas 2 transfers case but SL we shall first see where this goes. 🍻
@@ATEMOFFROAD thanks for the info and reply. I’m in the process right now building my 99 tj. Amazon has the Yukon grizzly rear lockers on sale right now check them out. Just picked mine up for around $650
Where did u get the turn signals???????
