Congrats on 1k!! :) so deserved! I completely agree with a thorough prep being such an important step; also one thing I look for is their ability to adapt and recognise that perhaps what they've planned is not working so well. TS4 talks about adaptability in planning.
Thank you! I absolutely agree with what you said and I think that's why it's important to give your observer a copy of your lesson plan. If they can see you adapted on the spot it proves you were flexible on the spot and offers a reflection or discussion post afterwards 😊
This is great, thank you! I’ve got my first one with my professional tutor on Thursday. Ironically, my mentor was ill with covid, so her colleague observed me before half term which was super helpful as she is head of maths so gave my lots of constructive comments to work on.
