When you use REKO, an unbalanced counting method, you don't need to convert the running count into a true count. Simply add 1 point for every 2-7 and substract a point for 10s and aces. When the running count is high enough (21 for a six-deck) increase the bet size.
I came looking for a video exactly like this! I know basic strategy but want just a little more winning edge without having to count cards the traditional way - which I simply cannot do. So thank you.
Geez people he literally says this is not as good as keeping the running count and true count. He says he does it when he just wants to relax and have fun. Some people are ridiculous. Thanks for the video
Thanks for the simple strategy. I like how you made it easier than counting every card. It actually makes sense to keep track of how many Aces are left in the decks and bet accordingly. My ex-Brother in Law used to only play in single Deck games because he was good at keeping track of the cards. And he would usually win between 50 to $100 bucks and then he would quit and we’d go shop for groceries. This is when we lived in Vegas. He didn’t trust the 6 deck games, only the single deck. He was also great at playing Keno! He had a strange knack for it. He’d scratch out 2 or 3 dollars on a Keno card and win 50 bucks! I saw him do this numerous times. When I tried it I lost. Never could I win. I asked him how he did it and he just laughed! Some people are just gifted at games of chance. I really believe that because I had a coworker later on, who would constantly win $100 on the pick 3 lotto Daily game. He’d see a number somewhere and play it and win $100. He literally won around a thousand dollars doing this over several months. It was unreal! Some people have got the knack and some people don’t!
@@FantasyFootballDad You need Aces and Tens to get Blackjacks and Twenty but I really hate it when I get a 20. A natural winner and then the Dealer, without even trying, gets a 21 Blackjack! That always pisses me off! Or I get a 19 and the Dealer gets a 20! I hate getting edged out and losing by one Point! That always drives me crazy! Blackjack can be fun, like when I split Aces and get Two Tens. But it can also be incredibly frustrating when I get close and lose. It bugs me when the Dealer can’t even try to win and sweeps the Table. Oh well, that’s Blackjack! I like to win when I double down. But as you well know, it doesn’t always work out. Sometimes you double down and get a 2 when you need a 10! Annoying as Hell!
you dont play blackjack to get blackjack though, you play for the dealer to burst, hence face card are the most important. the more of that is left in the deck, the better it is for the player what card is bad for players are 4, 5 and 6
I like the idea of saying N-1 instead of Negative 1 and saying P-1 instead of Positive 1. It’s easier to remember and faster for counting. Constantly saying negative and positive is a waste of syllables and Time. Why make it harder than it has to be? Right?
Yeah I saw D1. Down 1 but N1 makes sense and is easy as well. So two decks, one deck is played with 3 aces play D1.4. Down 1 (4 aces played) or I will keep track of aces on my hand in my pocket and focus on the count
@@jordankimball2104 Are you winning? Does CC work? I’m not able to win with correct play. The game is rigged. I get incredibly angry when I get a 20 and the Dealer pulls 5 or six cards and gets 21. They aren’t even trying to but it’s automatic somehow. I don’t like black Jack when I’m losing. Also I get 21 and then they tie me! That annoys me as well! Blackjack’s very frustrating. Maybe it’s not my game. I’m learning how to play Craps instead. I think it’s.a better game for the player. I want to win money, not lose.
I like your idea!, but you real need to have a treu count and you need it to know your betsspread, if you only count your high carts you gamble the treu count and this means you have a bad bankroll management, this will cost you money overtime
Definitely agree. Makes the true count more of a gamble but I would say if you don’t have the 100s of hours of time to count cards, this is a nice one step to begin that
Is it better than doing nothing? Because that's the point of the video. If you're going to play blackjack and you don't know how to count cards, keeping track of aces is easy and better than having no betting strategy. I don't think you should play at all if you don't know basic blackjack strategy, but being able to count cards shouldn't be a basic requirement.
Knowing **how** to count cards is not hard. fify Actually doing it in a live casino, playing with real money, (so not on a practice app) while also playing basic strategy is incredibly difficult.
I don't count. I believe your brain counts them while your looking. Then you bet up when you feel it is time. This works alot. Best run was 7 Days in a row. I call out the Casino Goddess to shine on me and feel the rythem. I start to call the cards befoe they come out and when I am on... I am on!! I win more than I loose at Blackjack. Leaveing a loosing table helps. It is like starting a new day. Last time i went in, I started with 300.00 and walked in ten minutes with 600.00. Then I did it again, in a hour. Simple stategy, dump into the slots.... then get it back in a hurry with Smart Blackjack play. Get out while your ahead or not too far behind. LOL If you beleive all this ... your brilliant. Welcome to my world!!! PEACE!!!!!
I agree, to leave a bad table asap, Also watch until you find a dealer busting, But stay away from the slots, bad move, don't give them back your profits
Smart man… I do this all of the time and wondered if anybody else did. I love it.

No problem! And if I want to have a couple cocktails this is a quick way to increase your odds while playing with some friends :)
It’s more important to count the 5s than the Aces. The 5 helps the dealer more than an Ace helps the player.
what is this strategy called?

Yeah aces are so important and ultimately it’s still gambling but anything to take something from the house edge

what card is bad for players are 4, 5 and 6
I agree, I walk around and watch until I find a dealer that's busting
4,5, and 6 are bad for dealers too. They bust 42% of the time on a 5 or 6 and 40% on a 4
Why don’t you just Ten Count?
More aces bet more! Chance for the Dealer to kick your teeth in by getting an Blackjack is also higher!! 😅

Or don’t say P at all. More natural for me to say d1 for negatives and just the number for 0 and positives

It's the 5-Ace count without the 5.

Not as accurate or profitable
Dude you use the t.c. Too know how much to bet and if you need to deviate from basic strategy there’s a different chart for deviations
