Is it important that I leave the table when the true count is negative no matter how close it is to zero? Or is there a negative true count when it is okay to bet the minimum of your bet spread? I ask because you should expect the true count to be negative half the time, making it a lot of times you would have to leave.
At 6:30 notice several crosses on wall over dealers right shoulder. First glance I thought it was a home set up since Colin trained the “church team”. But it looks like a real casino. , I wonder where it was. Perhaps New Orleans or French Canada ?

It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to make fast money using this lotto system without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate finally got great success with it.
You know I've been thinking about doing this for years, but just the thought of going back into a casino makes me want to be sick. This can really work people, go for it. Have fun. 😊
Really enjoying the videos and content so far, but I do have a question. When the casino gets down to the deck boot during the round how do they continue that round if they hit it before finishing the card dealing around the table? I've been practicing with a few family members on a 2 deck setup with a joker flipped in the deck as the boot.
I honestly feel like every time I try to keep a count it’s just super negative and it makes me start to feel like I’m just messing the count up I start to think how can it be this negative and I’m still getting a bunch of face cards
@@AnitaSukacaki most tables are 4 6 or 8 deck. 6 being the norm. Occasionally you can find a 2 deck. For example my local casino must have 40 black jack tables and only one is a two deck table.
Well, yes it seems there are more negative shoe counts then positive. Yes, this is real in live play. I don't know why? However, after hundreds of hours of play the math works it out to be slightly more positive. That's the rub, hundreds of hours! The real challenge is surviving negative counts and winning during those negative counts. So put together the 5 parts of counting cards. The count, true count conversion, basic strategy, deviations, bet management. Sounds hard, but, it's all very easy when you master them all. It took me 350 hours of live play to make it work! Most people spend more time than that commuting to work in a few months than that.
If you can speak to it, what do you think of the Wizard of Odds blackjack simulator and the suggestions it makes? I use it as a sort of ‘best free alternative’ method of just practicing keeping a count while managing a chip stack in a game situation, and I typically keep your H17 deviations chart on hand for the tricky deviations I still have yet to learn, but there are often suggestions that run counter to your chart. I understand WoO to be very mathematically reliable, but I question the significance of noting down and learning all of the deviations it suggests when many of them boil down to an EV difference of a couple thousandths.
Sure, the most notable difference is they're providing charts based on exactly what game you're playing. Our charts are intentionally a melding of everything to provide the most coverage and EV with one chart, rather than learning half a dozen separate ones for each variation (Single, 2D, 4D, 6D, 8D, S17, H17) Then, we cover the most valuable deviations in the specific H17 and S17 deviation charts. Given those differences, areas where the math is very close can create different suggestions.
Mr Jones, even if you know how to count cards and good in basic strategy and deviations if the good cards or high cards goes to the dealer when they are dealt you will still lose
I’m sorry but your iPad app is just too buggy. It was wrecking my confidence until I finally figured it out. I’m sure your bootcamps are terrific, but you just aren’t a software company. I appreciate you mentioning the CV suite of products, it takes a lot of integrity to do that. Maybe I’ll see you at a bootcamp someday soon
Question: The problem I have is once I am flipping over cards at the rate of one deck in thirty seconds, by the time I can say M1 or M2 in my head for a negative count, the next card is already flipped over and I get behind and I can screw up the count. Is there a trick for that?
Some people start their count at 20 or 30, then add or subtract from there. That way you're always positive. So for example if you start at 30 and your count is 17, then the running count is -13.
Love your videos man! What would you say to someone who doesn’t go often but loves the game and a bankroll usually is 3-5 hundred? It’s an amount I don’t mind losing when I go especially just for practice sake. Is it too low?
Yeah don't be afraid to bet it all, but always make sure you have enough to cover at least 1 split+double (2 extra bets behind). I've seen too many videos and spots where people don't even have enough money to split or double down even once. Really dumb, they would of been better off playing baccarat!

Honest question: It seems that most casinos burn so many cards... that is to say in a two-deck game they might actually deal about 70 cards of the 104 in the shoe. Doesn't that make counting virtually impossible?
That's called deck penetration and it doesn't make it impossible but most counters probably wouldn't play a game where they deal less than 67% of cards
FunAndGames Ok, but I guess you have a a perfect game, basic strategy, card counting, betting & playing deviations. Just keep putting in the hours and keep the risk low and you should break through. Are you an apprentice?

Also taking ins EVER is considered BS error did it once noon but second time was justified and you didn’t 333take it. Stood on 12 vs 3 in viol of basic but not TC. So what’s the point. You split 10’s and you take insurance at +3 true count or higher. Number of decks doesn’t matter, take the running count and divide by the decks remaining for the true count and play accordingly. BS only shrinks the house edge, but the house still has an edge. Counting is what puts the odds in your favor.
