      @@FitnessMyLife I watched another upper chest resistance bands workout but they were doing over forearm and not under... Is there a difference?

    Thanks for these work out videos. after watching your resistance band series I decided to workout. Will do two muscle groups every day. Can you suggest how to divide sets and reps . For example if I am doing shoulder and biceps. Should i
    Do all 3 reps for shoulder together or 1 rep of shoulder then one rep of bicep.

      Buy dumbbells insteas of resistance band. Resistance bands are used for warmup and pump before stage,not to build muscles.

      ​@@mrx_62909that's not true muscles build with progressive overload so as long as ur taking protein and following progressive overload nonetheless they are bands u will build muscle

    Sir shoulder pe strain aara hai while doing any type of chest workout...incline decline normal...all three. How to avoid that and get strain on chest

      Jyada reps lesakte ho, jyada set lesakte ho, sets ke beech me rest kam lesakte ho.. bahut tarike hai :D
