Sounds so clean. The bass is awesome.
I've been searching for this since 1987
0:50 those sounds always made me think of a video game; specifically the song "Map" from the old SNES game Waterworld.
Or early Initial D tracks.
Nicely done!
OMG ITS A ROLAND
That’s what they used to play the song save a prayer it’s a cool and super futuristic song from the 80’s
Excellent
Thanks
That sounded amazing, to think an rpg was prolly made off that, 33 some years ago..
Amazing job!!! Now I have to figure out if I can do a reasonable facsimile on my Roland Juno DS? We are going to cover it as a band and I have to figure out some keys for the intro before I switch back to bass.
Did you work this out David? I have a Juno DS
Awesome. What are you guys working on for 2020....maybe just a taste....keep safe
Check out the lists for the Montage and Kronos at www.narfsounds.com. I'm just hand picking songs from those lists as we go. A focus on the more synth based eighties stuff.
How do you get the chords to hold on the Fantom? Just got one and still learning
I have a couple more questions, if I may ask:
- what function allows you to keep the chords continuous and play the solo without the notes being jammed by the sustain? is there a function in Fantom that allows you to apply the sustain pedal only to one sound and not to the others?
- how can you have two different sounds on the same part of the keyboard and in the same keys? do you change sound based on pressure and using "velocity"?
I own a Fantom 08 but don't know all its functions in detail yet.
Thanks in advance to anyone who would like to answer me.
-Filter out the sustain pedal MIDI Control Change message from the lead sound to only apply to the pad sound in the MIDI Filter page.
-Assign Key Velocity Ranges independent from each other. This is called Velocity Switching
thanks a lot! @@narfsounds I will do it
Very very good! I’d like to know the name of the tones, or did you create them?
They’re custom tones made at the partial level.
@@narfsounds thank you, I'll work on that
