The pink striped tier dress I actually have and when it fits well it's lovely. The tie waist is a bit higher but I wear it without. I bought the pink trousers and pink/orange print t-shirt from Yours. So nice. Keep the pink coming...!!

I agree Becky, the larger sizes with brands who are starting to offer 2xl & 3XL just add on an extra 2” and do not consider where we larger ladies Carr our extra inches, ie lower belly ,thicker waist etc. We do not want clingy t shirts stretched across our middles and clinging our bottoms, whilst the shoulders slip off being too big, we want more batwing type where thy suit most people by not having a seam 2” further down to where it should sit. Really enjoyed the modelling, your Mummy is so enthusiastic , and, I love her haul of fantastic jewellery too. ❤Thankyou for cheering us all up , the weather is far from summery.

I had one of the early Barbies circa 1965. My mum had told me 'no more dolls' but I persuaded an auntie to buy me one for my birthday. Mum wasn't happy! I never did enjoy playing with the doll (I was a Sindy girl) but like most kids managed to lose her shoes, earrings and handbag and washed and styled her hair which dried it out somewhat. I sold her to a collector for about £90 about 20 yrs ago which was a good price considering she was far from perfect.

It was so flattering and it made her look so slim especially her top half. We are so self critical and fail to see what others see. I look at old photographs and I regret the time that I hid my figure. It's been a slay fire too hell for me since the menopause x
It’s interesting to hear about you looking back at some photos. I was looking at some pics from 40+ years ago, I was young and slim but the clothes I was wearing looked awful! Too ‘mature’ for my age, colours that didn’t suit me and wearing no makeup! I’m 70 now and very curvy and I try to embrace fashion for myself in such a way that is so different. Try not to look back I say, cos there’s not a lot you can do about the past. Natural fibres are best now if you are ‘suffering’ and a can of skin cooling aerosol! A godsend x

Bex was busy at work so I had limited time to order and get delivery in order to fit into Becky’s calendar. It was fun to do. The sunglasses were a strange experience too!
Definitely hit & miss on this one.... Smaller size for you Mum on a few of the outfits would be more flattering... Though she didn't look horrible in any of them either.... Overall you kept it fun & entertaining so thanks.....

Well done to you an your mum I say not one of your best m an s hauls, quite pricey. On the dolls I had a Tressy “her hair grows” out of the middle of her head an she was a more curvy doll, she didn’t seem to last long Barbie took over lol x
Never had that many Barbies or accessories but liked playing with them at friends’ places. Ken is ugly! Never owned him. I love the jumpsuit as well! I wouldn’t pair it with a black T-Shirt though rather with a light colored one. The linen shift dress is nice as well. The tassels on the beach dress would drive me nuts. When you move they tickle and you think along the line of insects crawling on you. 🕷️🪰

I love the jumpsuit as well! I wouldn’t pair it with a black T-Shirt though rather with a light colored one. The linen shift dress is nice as well. The tassels on the beach dress would drive me nuts. When you move they tickle and you think along the line of insects crawling on you. 🕷️🪰

It was a really fun idea and video but... I don't think hot/fuschia pinks are your colours. Sorry. The nearly Red pinks and pale pinks looked good though.
Pinks can be in so many shades, the deeper pinks suited me more than Becky but it was me who sourced them 😂 Glad you enjoyed though x
