    Where is the protein for the smoothie?

      Hi Nina, thank you for your question! The protein in this smoothie comes from the chia seeds. Not only are chia seeds high in protein but they're also high in fibre, making them ideal for stabilising your blood sugar.     I appreciate the video. You make me want to cook and eat better. Thank you. I wonder about the aluminum foil? I have read that it is toxic and we aren’t suppose to use it? You use it and I wonder if what I read was wrong?

      Hi Wendy, we are so glad to hear that you're now wanting to cook and eat better! When it comes to aluminum foil there isn't any definitive research to conclude that aluminum foil use increases the incidence of disease or chronic illness. Healthy individuals can remove and excrete it easily. Research is being completed every day though so if you are high risk for certain illnesses or have kidney and liver issues, you can reduce the amount of aluminum you use in your cooking.     Just watching your replay. What about crohns disease and bone loss? Can this program help reverse these?

Homemade Method recipes do include ingredients that are encouraged for Crohns patients to eat more of, and ingredients that support bone health but these specific conditions need to be closely managed by your medical team, so speak with them at length to see if Homemade Method would be right for you. Usually, a more tailored, in-person solution of offered for these conditions by medical professionals.     One doc says tomatoes as well as other night shade related plants cause inflammation.

    Recipes start around 35.00, but great tips, advice & info all the way through. I'm not even a member yet & can say Anna's method works. I've lost 5 - 7kg accidentally...just trying to improve my poor health, but trying out the recipes on her UA-cam ads!! My sugar levels have halved...still working on the bp.
