Rankings shouldn't be a thing in CFB. The entire league should be torn down and built back up to mirror European soccer leagues. Rank every single team with the bias method used now for the initial season, then split them into leagues. Teams only play other teams in their league so a point based system is used to determine playoffs for each league. Promotion and relegation is also implemented
