You must tune your ECM to use these otherwise you might get quite a surprise when vehicle starts costing more $$$ to fill up. O2 sensors play a huge role in your vehicle. While making the vehicle more "efficient" by burning all the fuel in the combustion chamber sounds great, its not how the engine was designed to run (unfortunately) meaning your O2 sensor may think your engine is running lean triggering adjustments to the air/fuel ratio and thus dumping MORE fuel through the injectors into the engine. Net result, more fuel used. Everyone forgets in order to save on fuel, there must be less fuel pumped into the engine. Only the ECM programming can change that.
Be careful! I did this exact project for my 3/4 ton Suburban 22 years ago. It went well ,gave a nice power boost until the engine started stumbling. I found that the hydrogen generator had clogged the O2 Sensor with a white calcified powder,let's assume it was the sodium hydroxide that was used to reduce the covalent bonds binding the hydrogen and oxygen molecules, so they would detach into hydrogen and oxygen gases more readily. I'm a formulation chemist by profession.

That intrigued me. The video is called "DIY Oxygen Machine". I'd love to hear your thoughts on that.
When passing current through water and metal it starts to oxidize the metal and break it down . Stainless steel can withstand a longer oxidation process. Copper oxidizes very quickly and will Deteriorate faster than Stainless steel would also the oxidation on the metal will also slow down the flow of current making the process inefficient. Gold is a great option if you don't want oxidation on the plates but it will be very expensive

I watched a test being done and it used more gas then an engineer said the O2 sensors caused the fuel injection to sense it was burning lean so it added more fuel so on a carburated engine it would be alot better. The sensers basically didn't sense enough none burnt fuel in air bc it had a way better burn in engine so it believed to much oxygen was entering compared to fuel seemed to make alot of sense and I guess that's why a certain company that produces them has a computer programming thing that allows it to by pass those codes with their hydrogen kit. Around 800 to 1000 for it.
2 inductor coils should be used . Concentric SS pipe electrodes should be used. There is is a frequency of the collective water capacitor to determine. What type is the SS electrodes? You should equalize the surface area of both electrodes. The power supply is supposed to be "burst mode" on and off time of multiple pulses. As water level moves downward slightly, there is to be circuit to update frequency so PS and cell always matches. The voltage was to be about >= 1500volts through resistance type magnet wire of double coils secondary on same core as primary pulser. Tap water puts contaminants on electrodes, distilled water is always better. DC output for hydrogen gases, AC for steam generator heater. There is high efficiency hydrogen production with high frequency+ high volts pulses like Meyer cell, , and then there is amps type low efficiency electrolysis. The alternator is already running whether you want it to or not. It's already generating electricity and storing it in your battery. The question you should be asking, Mr physics, is. Is this only drawing excess electricity stored in your battery? Because if not. You'd have a dead battery after sometime and you'd know that your system is drawing more energy than you're producing. But since that's not the case if you search youtube long enough. You'd know that cars are wasting so much energy as is either as electricity or as fuel, Because internal combustion engines are only 30% efficient at best.

It takes more load to spin it. Which is exactly what happens on a car engine. The alternator puts more load on the engine, the engine has to put more fuel to keep it spinning at the same rpm.

You get 2 volume lines of hydrogen and 1 volume line of oxygen: water = H2O. It doesn't matter if copper, steel or charcoal
