Here from NightHawkInLight's video. You could make it a lot more efficient by using a DC-DC buck converter to run it at 2-3V instead of the full 12V. The hydrogen production is based on the current, not the voltage, so as long as your cell can pass enough current (add more surface area or baking soda), it'll produce enough hydrogen. For electrolysis to happen you need 1.23V. The rest of the voltage drop is turned into heat. Also, I don't buy the efficiency gains, but I believe burning some hydrogen is good for lowering soot emissions in diesel engines. Maybe it does something for petrol too.
Many of us would love to see a further video detailing how the Del Sol runs with this Brown's Gas supplementation/technical considerations involved with such a system!!!

Use at least 10 gauge wire. Put a 30 amp fuse/breaker inline. And a 30 amp switch. No more hot wires and burnt out switches. Add a second burp can. From the electrolysis tank, over into and down toward the bottom of an empty canister. From that, the hose is right at the top. Both sealed. From there to your intake.
Since you're not storing HHO no worries of some big explosion happening, would just pop the container. Can also put a one way check valve on the tube to prevent flashback. Running 100% HHO has no ill effects either on engine, long as its flammable and very burnable and not dirty you are good to go.

0. simple thermodynamics. You put energy into water and get h2 and o2, you burn them together and get the same energy back. less than 0 if you consider the wasted heat
Use a fuse. Dont burn your electrics up. He worried about the ignition. Dont put this thing on WITHOUT IN LINE FUSES. Todays car wiring depends on relays instead of heavier wire. You can burn yards of chips and shit out just hooking willy nilly.
The intake sensor will calc the amount of O2 in the intake and tell the computer to send more gas. Burning the HHO will also increase the O2 in the exaust system also telling the computer the ratio is wrong to increase the gas to be injected. Doubling the amount of gasoline the vehicle is using. It would be better to have a switch to have a choice of gas or HHO used The Computer is not designed for that gas, another chip needs to be installed to control the intake meter 02 & the exaust system. I would create a system just Hydrogen pressure injection separate from gas injection that way you could run the hydrogen alone saving gas then switch back to gas with the water get used and needs replaceing in about 1 or 2 weeks time. They make chips and a system for running natural gas the system works separate also saving gasoline and burns cleaner. If you could get the data from how that system works you could treak it to work using straight Hydrogen just remember that these engines where not designed to run on Natural gas or Hydrogen the Rings usually three sets of and pistons were designed to work on gasoline only, a Hydrogen system has not been tested to see exactly what it needs it needs more Rearch and Development Here.

Im going to try this. But im going to use a slightly thicker gauge wire.
How about during the winter... Will there be issues with the liquid freezing? I live in NH.0
Start it up ! I want to see 🙈 an engine running on hho 😂😂
Great music in the background
I just made it and had a short,,maybe use 2 socks or ya a thicker fluffy sock because once it gets wet the little openings in the sock become larger and touches and shorts,,she's rockin now though, ,,I made it for 4th July balloons possibly, I'll upload a video after all is glued and crap, thanks dude
I found that this no longer works using stainless wool. Makers are now using something other than stainless steel. It deteriorated to power within 5 to 10 minutes during electrolysis. At least that's what happened with the wool I used. So don't be surprised if that happens.
Like that music ,and whom it was at 60 seconds? Tune while teaching, yeaaaaah😊
I enjoyed this video, hard to believe it works
you need a check valve in the lid so it can draw some air
why does it need air ?
@@julien1 try it with out you will know why
@@jimdeyoe3485 do you mean a flashback arrestor no ? - which should be fitted near to where you join from the bubbler to the air intake.
You may have detergent residue left in the sock if it is used.
Love it bro!!!
Can you put more in series so you can drive on only hho gas?
Will this work on a BMW 2006 engine 530i model
Great video, how much gas do you save?
0. simple thermodynamics. You put energy into water and get h2 and o2, you burn them together and get the same energy back. less than 0 if you consider the wasted heat
I did the same thing and the water mixture inside the jar becomes super warm, is this normal? Do you get the same issue?
Should the sock be 100% cotton or does it matter
Why is it a problem if the electrodes are magnetic?
I made one and it works but the bubbles are co2 so how come yours works with baking soda -_0 im confuses as our setups are similar
You could use a heavier gauge wire.
I did this along time ago,it does make HHO,but you can't run it all the time,it gets really hot, that plastic container is going to melt
I would like to see the motor running with the HHO cell.
You should just have a bubler safety... something like a air-lock with liquid.
What size container are you using
yeah great job! +1 for your channel^^
AWESOMEEEEEEEE
Use a fuse. Dont burn your electrics up. He worried about the ignition. Dont put this thing on WITHOUT IN LINE FUSES. Todays car wiring depends on relays instead of heavier wire. You can burn yards of chips and shit out just hooking willy nilly.
How do you keep the O2 sensors from telling the ECM to send more gas? Rethink your design, it IS FLAWED
Dude doing Science:
"There's no real Science to it." Lmfao! Phkk Buddy, you're funny. Nice tip, it must come down to 'surface area'. Thanks.
Old socks will improve process?
how much production would be needed to power an F250 6.7L Diesel?
gas and diesels are different , dont run this on a diesel engine
@@drowsycannon5179 Don't run your unit or Brown's gas on a Diesel? I know a person who travels the country installing HHO systems on commercial tractor trailer vehicles and they work fine. Fuel economy doubles when using HHO and diesel, but it also has limitations as it works best when on the open road. His system allows the driver to shut the fuel pump OFF and run just on HHO.
So, you must be talking about your design.
Why would you want it to produce less??
how much LPM for this will produce?
Best question
Heat the water to 150° when adding the baking soda.
Do you why the fuses keep popping out?
Cotton or nylon socks
Did you run her? How long does the water last?
What are you feeding that why wire connector too?
Battery.
Briggs 18HP Lawn mower engine ran on water in carb 2008. 6-10amp pulses THROUGH SPARK PLUG from on board ring dual alternator with late ATDC timing, Small Hydrogen formed at plug + water vapor pressure same time. S1R9A9M9 discovered this new process. Self sustained as ignition high volts is by Magneto - not battery coil. Triple hand wound coil forms magnetic field over plug wire extending timeing 0-minus 34 degrees. Accessory spark gap required while EGR of embedded nitrogen compoinnds increases efficiency if used. Battery start, then disconnected. See videos 1+2!
can u use this system on diesel engines too?
No diesel engines work off compression not explosion
Magnetic means not stainless steel. They must corrode very quickly.
Any switch that turns something on or off
“Lonely sock”
... that sounded naughty.
Dose he ever answer anyone back I've tried this today with a pikle jar ran it just like he did and the jar got hot I mean it Done what it was supposed to do but I got some questions on this if anyone knows the gut oms hit up and get back to me please
