Bro...ഞാനും samsung technician ആയിരുന്നു... ആദ്യം ഒരു കാര്യം പറയട്ടെ.. samsung technician മാർക്ക് sallary ആയിട്ടല്ല കൊടുക്കുന്നത്.work base ആണ്. അതായത് ഒരു work ഒരു technician attend ചെയ്താൽ അവൻ വല്ല parts ഉം pending ഇട്ട് വെച്ചാൽ ആ ആള് തന്നെ അത് വീണ്ടും attend ചെയ്യണം. എന്നാലെ അവനിക്ക് അതിന്റെ cash കിട്ടൂ... അങ്ങനെ ആവുമ്പോൾ പല ആളുകൾ മാറി മാറി വരാൻ chance ഇല്ലാ... അങ്ങനെ വന്നാൽ ആദ്യം വന്നവർക്ക് നഷ്ടം ആണ്..അവസാനം വന്ന ആളിന് cash കിട്ടൂ... എന്റെ ഒരു കാഴിച്ചപാടിൽ ഇവർ ആരും samsung technicians അല്ലാ... കാരണം പുതിയതായി samsung ലേക്ക് വരുന്ന ഒരു technician നെ 1 month seniors ന്റെ കൂടെ അയക്കും അത് കഴിഞ്ഞ് അവനെ chennai യൊ മറ്റൊ state ലേക്ക് training ന് അയക്കും അവിടെ training ഉം കഴിഞ്ഞ് exam ഉം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ആ eaxam pass ആയാൽ മാത്രമെ അവരെ field ലേക്ക് ഇറക്കൂ.. ഈ വന്നവരെ കണ്ടാൽ അറിയാം ഇവർക്ക് ഒന്നും അറിയില്ലാ എന്ന്... samsung training കീട്ടിയവരല്ലാ എന്ന്... പിന്നെ uniform നിർബന്ധമാണ്.. ഒരു work ന് 2 പേര് വരുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ ഒരാൾ trainee യും മറ്റേ ആൾ experiance ആയ senior techincian ഉം ആകും..senior techinician uniform ഇടാതിരിക്കില്ലാ... samsung technician നെ കിട്ടാതെ വരുകയോ മറ്റൊ ആയപ്പോൾ അവർ( samsung authorised service centre നടത്തിപ്പുക്കാർ) മറ്റാരെയോ samsung techinician എന്ന പേരിൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ് എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നത്...

ഞാൻ 16000 രൂപ കൊടുത്തു tv വാങ്ങി, 8 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു എനിക്ക് അതു ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ.
കാരണം പറഞ്ഞത് ടെക്നിഷ്യൻ മാർ തിരക്കിലാണ്, വേനൽ ആണ് ac ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്ന തിരക്ക് ആണെന്ന്, എന്നാൽ അതു ടേബിൾ സ്റ്റാൻഡ് വച്ചു യൂസ് ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് വച്ചാൽ അങ്ങനെ ഒരു സാദനം ബോക്സിൽ ഇല്ല, കാരണം ടെക്നിഷ്യൻ വന്നു ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്യും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ guarenty ഇല്ല എന്ന്. അങ്ങനെ 5 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു ടെക്നിഷ്യൻ വന്നു, അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ എടുത്ത സ്റ്റാൻഡ് മാറി പ്പോയി ഇത് വേറെ ടിവിയുടെ ആണെന്ന്, അങ്ങനെ 8 ആം ദിവസം അദ്ദേഹം എത്തി ആ മഹാ കർമ്മം നിർവഹിച്ചു.... ഞങ്ങൾ സന്തോഷം കൊണ്ട് സഹിക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ തെങ്ങിൽ പാഞ്ഞു കയറി

ചേട്ടാ കുറച്ചു വർഷ ആളായിട്ട് company Service Center കളിൽ trainee പിള്ളേരാണ് feild Service ൽ പോകുന്നത് ശമ്പളം കുറച്ചു കൊടുത്താൻ മതി expert technision മാർ ഇല്ല ശമ്പളം കൂടുതൽ കൊടുക്കണം

2002 ൽ വാങ്ങിയ LG സെമി ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് വാഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ ഇപ്പളും ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമില്ലാതെ ഓടുന്നു. പുതിയ പ്രോഡക്ടുകൾ എല്ലാം ഒരു ക്വാളിറ്റിയും ഇല്ലാതെ ആളുകളെ പറ്റിക്കാൻ ഇറക്കുന്നു.
ഞാൻ IFB യിൽ ഉള്ളായിരുന്നപോൾ അവർ എനിക്ക് തന്നിരുന്ന ശരാശരി മാസം 3000 രുപ ആയിരുന്നു.അതു കൂടാതെ ഇത് പോലെ ഒരുഗുണവും ഇല്ലാത്ത warrenty complint അണ് കൂടുതലും കിട്ടുന്നത്.പിന്നെ ട്രോളി, കവർ, സ്റ്റാബലിസർ ,ലിക്വിഡ് ഡിറ്റർജൻ്റ് വിൽക്കാൻ കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പ്രഷർ, ഫ്രഞ്ചസി ഓണറുടെ തെറിവിളി.ഒരുദിവസം സലാം പറഞ്ഞു അവിടുന്ന് ഇറങ്ങി.
ഇപ്പൊൾ സ്വന്തമായി ഒരു സർവീസ് സെൻറർ തുടങ്ങി മാസം 50000 രുപ വരെ വരുമാനം കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട് അരുടെയും തെറിവിളിയും കേൾക്കണ്ട വർക്ക് പ്രഷറും ഇല്ല

എൻ്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ സാംസങ് സർവീസ് മോശം അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല, പക്ഷെ മെഷീൻ വാറണ്ടിയിൽ ഇത് കമ്പ്ലൈണ്ട് വന്നിട്ട് ഡ്രം മാറിയിട്ട് ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും ഡ്രം കംപ്ലൈൻ്റ് ആയി, ലോക്കൽ വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പിൽ കൊടുത്ത് ₹5000 രൂപയ്ക്ക് വേറെ ഡ്രം ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു.
Warranty extend ചെയ്യുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ് ഭാവിയിൽ എന്തൊക്കെ complaints വരുമെന്നറിയില്ലല്ലോ.

ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ ഒരു Samsung Fridge ൻ്റെ Service ന് വിളിച്ചിട്ട് അവർ വിളിക്കുക പോലും ചെയ്യാതെ complaint close ചെയ്യുവാരുന്നു. 3-4 പ്രാവശ്യം വീണ്ടും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടാ ലാസ്റ്റ് ആള് വന്നത്.
ഞാൻ ഒരു service technician നാണു (water purifier ) njan work കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു 10 to 15 min eduthu check ചെയ്തു leakage or any other issues ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് നോക്കിട്ടെ സൈറ്റ് ന്നു പോകാറുള്ളു. First ഓപ്പറെഷനിൽ തന്നെ ഒരു upnormal sound വരുന്നു. കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ചെയ്തു. മെക്കാനിക് വന്നു. അവർ പേപ്പർ കഷണങ്ങൾ മടക്കി തിരുകി വച്ച് screw മുറുക്കി നോക്കി. Sound പഴയതുപോലെ തന്നെ. പല പ്രാവിശ്യം പല ടെക്‌നിഷ്യന്മാർ വന്നു. ഏതാണ്ട് മൂന്ന് മാസം മേലെ ആണ് ഇതു ശരിയാക്കിയത്. Samsung service പോരാ. Bearing ഇൽ hammer കൊണ്ട് അടിക്കരുത്. Bearing Inner റൗണ്ടിൽ അടി കൊണ്ടാൽ ഉറപ്പായിട്ടും bearing കേടാകും. Or കുറച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാകും.
Bosh washing machine ഇതുപോലെ കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് വന്നപ്പോൾ ആദ്യം വാറണ്ടിയിൽ മാറി തന്നു. രണ്ടാമത് വന്നപ്പോഴേക്കും warranty കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. cost cutting വേണ്ടിയിട്ടാണ് cast iron use ചെയ്യുന്നത്, SS ആണെങ്കിൽ ലാസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തോളു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന. ഇതുവരെ കുഴപ്പമൊന്നുമില്ല ഏകദേശം ഒരു വർഷത്തോളമായി.

All the washing machines use the same cast iron for the support for the drum .we need to use monthly once drum cleaning powder and do a wash cycle to remove residu3s from the inside of the drum and support cast iron part .then it will last longer .Aftermarket ther is aluminium support is available .it will last longer .It is unknown that why washing machine manufacteres are not providing aluminium support

ഞാനൊരു ടെക്നിഷ്യൻ ആണ്. പക്ഷെ കമ്പനി അല്ല ഫ്രീലാൻഡ് ആണ്. 10 വർഷമായി ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം നടത്തുന്നു. ഇതേ സാംസങ് വാർന്റി പിരീഡിൽ പല കാരണങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു കസ്റ്റമരോട് പറഞ്ഞത് ഡ്രം മാറാൻ 9000. അതും കാസ്റ്റ് അയ്യൺ. സ്റ്റീൽ റാട് ഇട്ടു ച്യ്താൽ പോലും 5നു മേൽ പോകില്ല. കമ്പനി ലേബൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാവറ്ക്കും പൈസ അല്ല പ്രധാനം. അപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെ പലതും ഉണ്ടാകും

ഇതുപോലെത്തെ ഒരു അനുഭവം എനിക്കും ഉണ്ടായി. രണ്ടു ചെറിയ പിള്ളേരാണ് എൻറെ സാംസങ് വാഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്യാൻ വീട്ടിലെത്തിയത്. ഡെമോ യുടെ ഭാഗമായി അവർ എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന പല വിവരങ്ങളും തെറ്റായിരുന്നു. അവർ തന്നെയാണ് സർവീസ് ചെയ്യാൻ വരുന്നതെങ്കിൽ വാഷിങ്മെഷീൻ കാര്യം തീരുമാനമാകും.

I had this similar "cast iron" issue with my IFB washing machine, replaced the drum once in warranty, and once out of warranty, and in the out of warranty replacement, the technician advised me to buy the aluminum one saying that it will be free of corrosion, so I had to get that one. I also had an experience with my bike service. They had not done the air filter cleaning which they were meant to do in that service. For some reason I had to remove the seat and found that they had not even touched the area, because the dust was intact in that area with not even a sign of removing any screw... when I asked them the next day, they told they had forgotten to do it... I sometimes even doubt whether they have changed the oil itself.... what to do... it seems like we have to learn everything ourselves in order to survive in this world now......

In India service industry is mostly severely underpaid and nobody stays for long in any company or service centre. So the technicians are not expert enough to do any such work. I myself can learn online and do better work in fixing things, but only problem is availability of parts outside.. or else.. i dont want to depend on non expert technicians ..
