I gave my blood and sweat and tears for Reach, all the covenant I've killed. All the bullets I fired, all in the name of Reach. Only to watch it crumble away and be turned to glass...
It didn't take long for Reach to fall: our enemy was ruthless. Efficient. But they weren't nearly fast enough. For you had already passed the torch. And because of you, we found Halo, unlocked its secrets, shattered our enemy's resolve. Our victory - your victory - was so close, I wish you could have lived to see it. But you belong to Reach. Your body, your armor - all burned and turned to glass. Everything… except your courage. That, you gave to us. And with it, we can rebuild.
We may have lost Reach, but we made them pay more than it was worth. When we ran out of bullets, we killed them with our hands. When they pushed us down and gutted us, we stood up and strangled them with our own entrails. We may of lost, but we made them regret winning. Remember Reach.
this kind of reminds me of a quote from cod ghosts. "When the men ran dry of ammunition, they used their blades...and when the blades ran dull, they used their hands."
Reach was truly a master piece. Every spartan that you lost there was more them some pixels in a fake created world. They felt like real heroes and made you sad if you lost one. Thit makes it even worse that all of them made a heroic sacriface which in the end didnt change a thing.
Reach may have been lost but the mountain of corpses made a ladder for the survivors to climb to salvation. Without them the mission to escort Cortana would never have worked and the world would have been far worse off for it. Their sacrifices were never in vain but the sad part is that they'll never know it.
Their sacrifice brought cortana to John. While their goal was to save reach and they failed, the played an important role in the future of humanity in the halo universe.
Heroes of Mankind, Second chance for all of us, Guardians of humanity who laid down there lives, for the greater good........ For us❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭😭

The beauty of this game was that no matter what you did you felt the dread the characters felt with every loss. And still pushed on to the end and when you finally reached the last mission it said "there'll be another time" and you died doing everything you could knowing that time will come. Thank you bungie for this game.
Thank you. I always say the same thing about this game, the feeling of dread and loss that follows you throughout the game is amazing. No matter what Noble team did, the Covenant was unstoppable and always a step ahead of the UNSC, the player is just delaying their inevitable defeat. An amazing job by Bungie. Even years later this game is still a masterpiece.
There's something about Noble Team that makes them differ from Blue Team or Red Team, not because Noble Team is comprised of Spartan 3s but because you know these people, they aren't just your team, they are your brothers and sisters in arms, you fight with them, you have each other's backs, and in the end, you die with them. That's something that the other Halo games don't have. I mean it was tragic to see Noble Team fall, but when no one dies on your team like in the other Halo games, it doesn't feel as immersive or realistic. That's why I think, without a doubt, Halo: Reach is the best Halo game and debatably one of the best games ever.
I just finished this campaign on legendary mode not too long ago. This reveals to me the deeper meaning of how no matter how hard we fought and all the sacrifices made.. still didn't change the outcome of how we still lost the battle... but not the war.. feelsbadman Great video man!!
Yep, same, got “A monument to all your sins” and “One last Firefight” achievements recently and the campaign just hits a whole lot harder if you have um. The amount of effort, time, and soul placed into the achievements really makes you feel the ending a whole lot more, feel the death of your team a whole lot more. Breaks your heart seeing everyone around you die and have no say in it. Just to be left behind, a lone wolf, just this time without purpose, without anyone around, trapped on the one side of the planet where the UNSC(DF) has already stopped fighting. Aka your grave, and the grave of the other Spartin 2’s around. Even a hyperlethal vector has limits. And Six reached his.
As vain as many of their deaths seem on the surface, every single loss was another stepping stone to do something greater than them and reach. A gift. Hope. Now years later, we must find that hope once more and finish the fight
it’s been 10 years. all of the enemies i killed, it felt real. all of the allies i saved, it felt even more real. when one of them died, i felt like i had just watched one of my best friends die in real life. it felt like it too. i killed more covenant than a lot of people. the community that was once alive and thriving, gone. just like Reach, they will never be forgotten. i was part of that community, i might’ve been a 5 year old squeaker but so were others, and God i miss it. all the memories made, all the friends made, everything. i miss it all, i’d give ANYTHING to go back, even if only for a moment, i’d give away my very life just to experience one whole second of it. i’m crying. God, i just wish i could go back, i gave everything i had for that game, it felt like real life not just pixels, i made it all the way to Nova before i quit, for years i had not played, until about 2 years ago i hopped back on one last time to see if people still played, i was so happy to see people still play, only to realize it wasn’t the old community, it was the generation after. i had met multiple where people were only playing to honor their older dead brother or sister, and i raised a bit of the people in that community, just as they did me, i met 5 year olds, to even 10 rarely, but none over. i’ve never experienced so much grief until when i realized why they were playing. in honor of those who we lost along the the way, Remember Reach. this is a jumbled mess of a message but it’s from raw emotion, something i haven’t experienced since Reach.
Halo Reach was possibly the best out of the whole storyline, not because its the only one that shows great emotion and makes it feel like its you in that armor, its because it really makes you think about choices and other important things in life, and it causes an impact on you. Adding on, Without reach, Master chief wouldnt have cortana. And the covenant would still be a greater force to Halo Infinite rather than the banished.
@Eric Huckaby my life has been pathetic for a while now, it wouldn’t be anything new. not like i can do anything with it anymore i might as well give up
Best halo reach tribute I have ever seen, the scenes fit perfectly and the song in the background. I’ve loved halo reach for a really long time and I still play it today to remind myself how good this game was and still is. All the halo games are good but for me halo reach is the best because your not playing as master chief and your playing as noble 6 is a lone wolf and a character that you can customise, also team noble are amazing with their own personalities and how they look. Reach will always be in my heart and this video is a amazing masterpiece to remind everyone who noble team was and what they died fighting for (apart from jun).
That shot of noble six holding the dog tags while looking at the New Alexandria skyline is probably one of, if not my favorite shot of the entire halo franchise
I struggle a lot with depression, it’s extremely difficult for me to get out of bed, and then, this came up in my feed. Memories back when everything was good, back when I was a kid, Reach was always my favorite right next to 3, I saw this and I cried for the first time in months. It made me feel like a kid again, the most legendary fireteam in all of halo. They fought to the very end, Up until they’re dying breath, until the very last knife was dull, and every knuckle had broken against Sangheli skull. They were my heroes, both noble and Chief. Me and my best buds always celebrate august 30, as the day when it was finally glassed. But anyway, I just wanted to say how well done this tribute was, thank you so much, It got me through a lot today, and I will make sure to watch again at least 9 times this week. And I wish you luck on the ring in Infinite. Finish the Fight Spartan.
Chief went through a lot but he will never have quite the same level of pain and regret that noble team went through, one by one they die for each other leaving only noble 6 who at the end sacrifices everything for reach and for winning the war, the covenant may have won the battle of reach but the sacrifices of noble team made sure that the unsc won the war
Its sad how almost all of noble team were killed and where Halsey seems to be one of the only surviving souls who remembers them alongside Jun(Noble Three) :(
Something about someone fighting until their literal last moment, with pure desperation as their final moments close in upon them. Unwavering even in the face of death. Man Halo gives me the chills so easily!
We fought through the ravenous storm, clawed through the impossible odds, dug through mud and metal until it almost seemed natural. The last and only hope for what was left of humanity. And for our persevering courage we, in return, flamed the hope for our cause. Splitting through constant tides until we found what seemed to be solid ground under our feet. Only for opposing forces to pull our stand of victory from under us. We shall be remembered. Spartans never die, only missing in action…

When I first got my 360 on that Christmas day this game came along with it and I fell in love with it, even now all this time later still number 1 in my books and as the Escharum said 'our story's will out live us all'
"Remember the heroes of Reach the lives lost , the brave Spartans , remember the brave Spartans fireteams who sacrificed their lives , remember Noble team , remember Reaper team , the brave soldiers of both the UNSC army and navy who fell to stop a enemy who sought all our deaths remember them for their honor and their courage in the storm as they lit the way for the rest of us who remember their legend their sacrifice , remember Reach" - Spartan D-511 , squad leader of S-III black operations team Reaper
When facing a superior force there are two ways to defeat them the first being the least casualty intense gorilla warfare, or in reaches case make the enemy pay for every millimeter of ground with a mountain of bodies and a sea of blood. While the unsc lost reach it was certainly not worth the price the covenant paid and in the end they lost a mountain of soldiers and a sea of blood
This is so incredible. The only way I could truly think it would be better would be to hear Carter say " that lone wolf stays behind " before 6 tells CPT Keys they have the gun.
I don’t usually comment on videos because of the usual shtick of all the comments getting lost, however, after watching this I just felt the need to express my appreciation for this video. Reach has always been a great influence on my life, I’ve always felt a connection with that game that I can’t really explain. Somehow this video managed to bring back all those feelings I felt before. Priceless, you’ve made my day sir, thank you.
This actually about made me cry. This was one of the only stories that depicts a realistic life of a soldier, sailor, marine or airmen. Fight to the death for our kind even if we are forgotten to history... Spartans Never Die, Their Just Missing in Action.....
This game really represents life as a whole. We know from the beginning we will die. But we push on anyway because what there is to experience and fight for us what gives that relatively short existence meaning.
Honestly halo reaches cutscenes May by have the best graphics but really look amazing and like something out of a documentary or war film the cinematography is amazing same goes for the story. Great tribute this really moved me.
Halo Reach is one masterpiece game. This was a great emotional video. I wish we got a scene of Master chief coming to reach. And he picks up Six helmet... and says thank you for the brave sacrifice the team took 😭
@@ODSThreads true point noble team deserve like a novel book about them. When the team first joined and exploring the relationship of Carter and Kat if they where a couple or not.
It's been literal years since I played this game and yet I still find myself getting emotional over it, not sure if it's cause of the game or the memories tied to it.
We all know 1 through 3 is a masterclass in videogame story telling, but reach with its sour reception because of no master chief has only ever gotten better with age.
marching to the end regal and bold as ever, climbing to the heavens on the labor of heroes, climb high and stand proud my saints, for you have earned the name noble.
Hey I have a request it’d be really awesome making another noble team tribute but using a song called about today by the national feel like it would fit the theme perfectly!
"We fought , we carved , slashed , bleed and smiled at them ... even as we died , shooting at a enemy we couldn't beat we laughed .. we died , were stab , gutted and shot but never did we waver , never did we yield to the enemy even as the light left our eyes we still had a knowing smile ... remember us nit for ours deaths but what we died and bled and buried our fallen , remember those who gave us a chance , who will echo across the ages ... remember reach" Spartan D-511 of Fireteam Reaper
Sir.... there was no option or choice even a shred of opportunity to board that ship.... the Spartans left to that planet the team... That is where this suit shall be laid to rest... Noble team out!
On the blood of our fathers on the blood of our sons we shall never break the covenant and im here whatching this on new years eve crying cause i was not thinking ab the storyline but yet the freinds ive lost playing it and now they arent online anymore
Welp I just finished reach on the Xbox 360 after completing halo 1 and 3 and aware of the stories from 2 and odst…my halo Bungie trip was absolutely worth it and I only wished I got to experience it earlier. R.I.P. Noble 6 🫡 and thank you Bungie for giving me a kick ass space adventure full of glory and adrenaline
"Remember us." As simple an order as a Spantan can give. "Remember why we died." For Noble 6 did not wish tribute or song. No monuments, no poems of war and valour. His wish was simple: "Remember us," he said to me. That was his hope. Should any free soul come across that place, in all the countless centuries yet to be, may all our voices whisper to you from the ageless stones. Because for us Spartans never die.
I gave my blood and sweat and tears for Reach, all the covenant I've killed. All the bullets I fired, all in the name of Reach. Only to watch it crumble away and be turned to glass...

but, at least Cortana got to Chief. and that's what matters really
remember the fallen...
We may have lost Reach, but we made them pay more than it was worth.
When we ran out of bullets, we killed them with our hands.
When they pushed us down and gutted us, we stood up and strangled them with our own entrails.
We may of lost, but we made them regret winning.
Remember Reach.
Chief will avenge them all
We die standing. Fighting till our last breath gives out. Then, We walk it off.
“Soldiers aren’t machines, they’re human”. We may have lost reach, and those who sacrificed their lives for it... they’re sacrifice was not in vain...

This is so incredible. The only way I could truly think it would be better would be to hear Carter say " that lone wolf stays behind " before 6 tells CPT Keys they have the gun.
Ah god my heart can't take this
you just made me want to replay reach, 11 years later. such a great story in this franchise
This is just epic
I don’t usually comment on videos because of the usual shtick of all the comments getting lost, however, after watching this I just felt the need to express my appreciation for this video. Reach has always been a great influence on my life, I’ve always felt a connection with that game that I can’t really explain. Somehow this video managed to bring back all those feelings I felt before. Priceless, you’ve made my day sir, thank you.
Beautiful. It almost brought a tear to my eye
Rip noble team hail to the chief R.I.P Reach and for the ones we lost we will fight on and survive this hell
This actually about made me cry. This was one of the only stories that depicts a realistic life of a soldier, sailor, marine or airmen. Fight to the death for our kind even if we are forgotten to history...
Spartans Never Die, Their Just Missing in Action.....
Probably the best tribute I’ve seen man amazing work!👍🏼
Halo is the Best Game to Ever Exist
Change My Mind
Noble 6 was not messing about. He was making sure he wasn't going to hell alone.
This game really represents life as a whole. We know from the beginning we will die. But we push on anyway because what there is to experience and fight for us what gives that relatively short existence meaning.
This is so sad as I always have a good time playing this game
Honestly halo reaches cutscenes May by have the best graphics but really look amazing and like something out of a documentary or war film the cinematography is amazing same goes for the story. Great tribute this really moved me.
Thanks! I think the cinematography is what initially pulled me into making a tribute on reach before the other halo games
Reach was a truly perfect and beautiful game, one of the best, it deserves a remaster.
Halo Reach is one masterpiece game. This was a great emotional video. I wish we got a scene of Master chief coming to reach. And he picks up Six helmet... and says thank you for the brave sacrifice the team took 😭
They deserve more than a thank you. Without them, Master chief would be irrelevant without cortana, and the covenant would still be a greater force.
@@ODSThreads true point noble team deserve like a novel book about them. When the team first joined and exploring the relationship of Carter and Kat if they where a couple or not.
3:28 that line was badass!🔥
It's been literal years since I played this game and yet I still find myself getting emotional over it, not sure if it's cause of the game or the memories tied to it.
Good damn it you made me cry, reach was the first halo game i have ever played. I loved it
Very well made video, nice work
There will never be another story told as well as the story of reach and the significance the planet and the event had
This is such an amazing tribute I can’t get over it
We all know 1 through 3 is a masterclass in videogame story telling, but reach with its sour reception because of no master chief has only ever gotten better with age.
Still watch this everyday thank you
No thank you :)
I cant believe this made me cry .......again
marching to the end regal and bold as ever, climbing to the heavens on the labor of heroes, climb high and stand proud my saints, for you have earned the name noble.
Everyone says that they want to die from old age in their sleep, but we all really want to go out like Noble Six.
Hey I have a request it’d be really awesome making another noble team tribute but using a song called about today by the national feel like it would fit the theme perfectly!
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll be sure to check it out :)
Amazing video thank you for this...I can tell this carries so much emotion and I love it
This is underrated
Love this, motivated me to make my own first Halo Reach tribute as well so thanks!
@@VaughanDee93 that's so awesome to hear. You should send it over to me when it's done :)
A moment of silence for noble team plz people they were good soldiers doing what they do best
