I know! That's because he's running a pace that isn't his maximum capabability. The fastest he can possibly run the 1500m right now is about 3:30, and he ran that race in 3:36, miles below his maximum capability.
No I think it clearly looked like he took off on that last lap. They all look like their jogging. It's because when you watch someone run it's not the same it's not the same as when you're actually feeling the physical exertion of running yourself.
what are these guys peaking out at with heart rates? Just running drills of 60 second laps is hell and im breathin like a 100m runner. now do that for a mile?!?! much respect!
He is getting better & better.., very seldom I see handsome atlhete especially in distance running..,great form, I really like this young athlete...,Jakob I.
@@lofotangel That's weird. Could It be that only one Norwegian with world championships standard goes to Doha? If so I suppose it makes sense. I would've loved to have seen Jakob, Henrik, and Filip if fit all run the 1500m in Doha.

@FromRussiaWithLove Who cares if he does. It's not like he became a Madison avenue favorite for corporations. His time of 3:50 was only 7-seconds faster than Suzy Favor's all time best of 3:57. runners were running faster than his 3:50 throughout the 30's and 40's on dirt tracks.
Centrowitz is 29 and on the downside of his career. A career that includes an NCAA Title, five USA National Titles, a silver and bronze medal at the World Championships, a Gold at the Indoor World Championships and a Gold at the Olympics. Centrowitz's PR in the 1500 is 3:30.4, very similar to Jakob. Ingebrigtsen is a beast no doubt, with a very bright future ahead. But at this point he has a bunch of age group world records and a couple European titles. If his career ended now, no-one would say he had a better career than Centrowitz. So give the guy some time to win the titles that really matter, and give guys like Centrowitz the respect they deserve.
That camera angle is cool i feel like it gives a good perspective of how fast they are going
His form is so good it hides how hard he's working, still those first couple laps looked like 5k pace.
This kid's form is perfect, and he's a freak athlete. His future is very bright indeed.
It’s in the genes.
I came here to watch Jakob win and I end up watching a fast 400m hurdle race a event that I’ve never watch in a full race before
he looks good, stable torso and relaxed arm swing and shoulders
I know! That's because he's running a pace that isn't his maximum capabability. The fastest he can possibly run the 1500m right now is about 3:30, and he ran that race in 3:36, miles below his maximum capability.
.....strong, muscular.......built good.
Wow! And Karsten honing his skills and consistency really well too! Outstanding run!
55 second last lap, and he made it look like a jog!

He wasn't joking. He ran the last lap of the London 5000 m in 53 seconds and his personal best in 400 m is 51,03.
@@MiguelGonzalez365 damn 51?
@@MiguelGonzalez365 His 400m PB is from 2017 when he ran 3.39 1500m. I bet he could run sub 50 now.
@@matiasmerilainen7085 I think so too.
198 strides per minute! Nice run, extremely nice run. This guy is already doing huge things and will be doing super huge things in the near future!
Nice to see his smile and then running the track High giving everyone!! Nice touch!! Classy
Forever.. Jokob...
The Best...
Thanks...
Piece of cake for Jakob.
Rarely see this guy lead from the start, was fun to watch
bravo a vous tous

unseenstalkr I’m sure it’s around 200 bpm. They are just in good shape

Bueno esto de los Ingebrigtsen, se está volviendo como un reality, la prueba de fuego son los campeonatos mundiales y los olímpicos.
He is getting better & better.., very seldom I see handsome atlhete especially in distance running..,great form, I really like this young athlete...,Jakob I.
I’m from the future. Jakob wins the Gold in the Olympics! ;D
He possess a 3:30 now
A 47.45 racing alone is incredible
Rapid!
Just a nice easy 3:36, saving himself for world's!
What spikes does Jakob use?
Norway dominating europe and the world in running track and others
my guy rabi
Wtf? He really is that close to a 400m hurdles WR?
47.45 isn’t close to the world record but his PR is 47.12 so a world record this year is possible
@@alejandrotorres712 yeah. I checked that afterwards. Everything is possible here in a year or two.
Rai Benjamin is even closer pr 47.02
Karsten Warlom is even closer - PB 46.92
He's running well! World record is 3:26.00
In 2, 3 years he will have it, he already runs 3:30
Anyone know the altitude theyre at? Or if this is known as a fast/normal/slow track?
Only a few hundred metres above sea level so nothing special. But Jakob does his training in Africa , at higher altitudes a few months every year.
I thought he was the same guy who won the 400 Meter hurdles. Both are norway and look the same but different people.
Lmao it is him.
47.44-this is WL 2019 or not?
it's not. His 47.12 is.
it's not. His 46.92 is.
Why is Filip and Henrik not in this race?
Deklizer Henrik ran the 5k, Filip did the 800m.

Asking for a friend.
Deklizer Agreed. I would love to see the three run the final as a team.
@@elclashh209 In Doha Phillip and Jakob will attempt the double 1500 + 5000. Henrik have some issues with an old injury, and will only run the 5000.

Where are his brothers?
Jacob’s brothers I mean. Would like to see them run a WC final together.
Fillip won the 800m and Henrik won the 5k
Endre Husby Thank you❤️
Hey Dietar are you interested in selling your channel ?
Yee
Matt Centrowitz is not at this kids level.
Well duh xD
Lol you're comparing an older and more experienced athlete to a youngster. The sad part is you're right
