I don't have experience with bipolar mixed states but sometimes I just can't sleep for whatever reasons. It's so frustrating when that happens. Sometimes I'll put on a boring UA-cam lecture or something and that will help and lately there are these space videos that seem to come on if I fall asleep with UA-cam on and they are pretty relaxing and boring for sleeping but give me that noise in the background to help me get back to sleep if I start waking up. They're usually live so they just seem to go on forever. I can't remember the channel at the moment but I'll send it when I find it again. I started work last week. I worked from home two days and this week most of the staff is back in the building. So far so good, hopefully it will stay that way. I finished painting my bedroom but was a bit bummed I couldn't hang up my new wall art yet. Sorry I didn't watch your last video yet. I meant to but I was trying to finish that project before going back to work and then my phone factory reset itself and that was a whole fiasco but it all good now hopefully. I have those same worries that I won't find anyone again at my age and with my family situation, etc. I just watched Molly Burk's vlog about her new boyfriend and it gave me a little hope that maybe I'll find a match again someday. I believe in you more than I do in myself to be able to find someone, I don't know if that helps any, but maybe it will! I hope your racing thoughts give you a break soon! 🤗💟
@@AwkwardAnxiousJennifer You're welcome. They don't always help me either but sometimes they do. I have this weird habit of wearing headphones on my ears too and now it's hard for me to not have them on my ears when I sleep but then my neck gets a crook when I wake up. I'm working on that conundrum.

Thank you for your comments on both videos. Sometimes I listen to sleep stories, but sometimes they don't help.

@@AwkwardAnxiousJennifer ua-cam.com/video/PLBCNDJgde4/v-deo.html I think this is the one, just in case.
@@kirstencourtney8792 anything to distract you helps
Do you see a therapist? If so do you have access to Zoom incase you are not able to see him/ her face to face because of the pandemic?
Not right now. No insurance :'(
@@AwkwardAnxiousJennifer oh okay. Can you not go to a walk in clinic? I think you should see someone.
@@annetteslife I kinda looked for local resources a few weeks ago. I'll look again. 🙂
@@AwkwardAnxiousJennifer that is good. It is better to get help now then wait until it gets worse.
